Amazing with my kitties! She gave me photos and updates on my boys keeping my mind at ease while out of town. Even helped when they got into some food in the pantry. 10/10 Will be booking again!

Jade, did a phenominal job watching my three babies (cats). I had a last minute travel issue come up, and I needed to find someone to care for my three cats while I was gone. I had to book last minute, and did not have time to do a meet and greet. This was my first time using Rover, and I selected Jade based on her excellent reviews. My cats are my babies, and I have hired friends and neighbors in the past to care for them when we were gone, only to be frustrated upon return to see that the little I asked them to do, was done very poorly. Due to the last minute booking I was only able to communicate with Jade via messages, but she immediately reassured me that she would make sure our babies were well taken care of. We are in the process of selling our home, so I needed someone who would provide loving care to our cats as well as making sure they didn't track in dirt, and kept things as clean as possible when stopping to care for the cats. Jade went above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough. My cats are terrified of anyone outside of our family, and because we have realtors showing our home right now, there are a lot of new people coming in and out, which is causing a lot of anxiety to the cats. I asked Jade to ring the doorbell and wait 30 seconds to allow the cats to get to their safe place and hide, to help keep their anxiety down. She did this everytime without hesitation. She made sure the litter boxes were clean, as well as the area around the boxes, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we are moving out of state and I will not be able to use Jade's services in the future. However, if you are seeking someone to care for your animals in a loving way, and a way you would care for your animals...I would highly recommend hiring Jade. Thank you Jade for the love and care you provided to our babies while we were away. We appreciate it more than you could possibly know.

Hannah went above and beyond caring for my cat while I was away for a few day. Her visits were always on time and I got detailed updates after each visit. She spent the entire half hour every visit and managed to win over my very shy cat. I am definitely going to try to book with Hannah any time I travel in the future.

Hannah is so sweet and caring with her check ins! I loved getting photos and updates about what our kitties and fish were up to and how they were doing. I 100% recommend her!

Cats, house and yard were in good shape when we came home despite brutal heat. Clara was good about contact and photos of the one cat who decided to be social. She is easy to talk to and responds well to requests. I will happily request her help in the future.

Aleksandra went above and beyond taking care of my two cats for a week at the last minute after my prior coverage fell through. I highly recommend her and she will be the first I ask should I need someone to watch them again.

Katie was great with our cat! She was very good at warming up to the cat. She was asked to give our cat insulin injections and she did amazing!

Somiya maintained wonderful communication with me during the visit! We had a new kitten that needed special care and monitoring and she did a such an amazing job! I would recommend her services to anyone I know!🥰

Kristin is awesome! I booked check ins for Christmas day and the morning after. I'm so happy she could check on my two cats. She had mentioned to me at the meet and greet that this was her busiest Christmas week yet with a lot of bookings. I have worked in retail for a few years now and Christmas week can be so overwhelming, especially with now that I travel for family while having pets at home. I am so appreciative that she was able to show them care and attention even with one of the craziest weeks of the year. I had booked her in advance but even then I was worried and anxious about this. My job had me scheduled christmas eve, and then I was taking a midnight train to Florida that night. Plus this would be the first night that my cats were alone together without me. I'm just so happy that Kristin could check on them, they were happy and comfortable seeing her while I was gone. I am really thankful for her and she's a great sitter.

We hired Sydney to care for two cats owned by our son so that we could go to the beach as a family. She was outstanding. Extremely friendly. Inspired confidence. Lovely personality. Charming. Super responsive, with texts and sending pictures to our son of his cats. We like her so much that we hired her for two days to drop in on our 2.5-year-old Labrador Retriever. immediately after the beach trip for a couple of days. She will be our "go to" for the future.

Beth took the best care of our fur baby while we were away! She has cared for our cat multiple times now and she is our cats best friend! Beth was so caring to him when he was struggling with our absence and when he wasn't feeling his best she made sure he was okay before ending her time with him. We are so grateful for her care and time with our pet and we will definitely hope that she can care for him any time we need to be away! She is the best pet sitter we've ever had! Thank you Beth!

Timia has entered the circle of trust with my cats. They play with her and sit in her lap when she visits and it brings me so much peace of mind that they love her and she them!!
