Super quick to reply and helped me with booking stuff because it was my first time using rover. My shy cat seemed to like her as well! Usually she hides from new people but Tamera was special

Christina was wonderful with Presby! She goes over and above to allow Presby to sit in the screened-in porch during the visit, Christina picked up a package that was delivered at the front door and even took our recycling bin to/from the alley on pickup day, which we truly appreciate. Presby has been a contented kitty under Christina's care! We feel Christina deserves a 6-star review!

Jessica was dependable and took great care of my 3 cats while I was on vacation. There was good communication and I appreciated the photos and updates on how they were doing during the drop-in visits.

Meghan was so kind and helpful with our cats, and went above and beyond even when our Litter Robot messed up. When we came home, the kitties were well taken care of and happy!

Sean is simply the best. He takes such good care of my crew, he’s very thoughtful and has the patience of a saint! He also takes the best pics!! Would (and have) hired him again and again!

Aaron gave my friend, my cat, the spa treatment - now he is raving about Aaron at every moment. His food was on time and in proper quantities and the eating area cleaned, all water (fountains) full and never empty, and hotel like liter boxes - hotel like cleaned. He wants the same treatment from me now. I received timely updates, and pictures from Aaron of various aspects of his care - and one or two photos of my cat, when he decided to make a showing (he likes to hide on occasion.) Now my friend expects the same treatment - from me- he tried to wake me up today ... I just pulled the blanket over my head. I will definitely submit my cat to the 'spa treatment' in the future from Aaron.

I had such a wonderful experience with my pet sitter! She watched my cat for 4 days and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, cared for, and loved while I was away. She gave her ear drops without any issues, spent quality time sitting with her, and made sure she got plenty of attention and affection. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cat was in such caring hands. I could tell she genuinely loves animals, and I would absolutely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!

Kristin is awesome! I booked check ins for Christmas day and the morning after. I'm so happy she could check on my two cats. She had mentioned to me at the meet and greet that this was her busiest Christmas week yet with a lot of bookings. I have worked in retail for a few years now and Christmas week can be so overwhelming, especially with now that I travel for family while having pets at home. I am so appreciative that she was able to show them care and attention even with one of the craziest weeks of the year. I had booked her in advance but even then I was worried and anxious about this. My job had me scheduled christmas eve, and then I was taking a midnight train to Florida that night. Plus this would be the first night that my cats were alone together without me. I'm just so happy that Kristin could check on them, they were happy and comfortable seeing her while I was gone. I am really thankful for her and she's a great sitter.
