On our most recent trip, our flight was delayed, and Laura was incredibly accommodating and made sure our girls were still well taken care of. Kiersen was absolutely fantastic! She maintained a tidy home and truly went above and beyond in caring for my dogs. She regularly updated us with photos and messages, which I greatly appreciated. Kiersen took the time to play with them and took them for walks, helping to alleviate their sadness while we were away. She even looked after our reptiles, including our turtle and hermit crabs.
