Dog Boarding in Elgin

Brenda is such a caring person and she took amazing care of our dog Bailey. I was so nervous to leave our girl with a stranger but Brenda was so communicative and made this process easy. She encouraged a meet and greet prior to booking, was flexible with drop off time and pick up time. She spoiled Bailey and sent us videos, pictures and detailed updates. It put us at ease.

Great job!! Jessica took care of our 5 week old kitten like a true professional. If I need a sitter in the future I would absolutely choose her again. Thank you!

We boarded our two dogs with Albina in the past week and she took great care of them! Lots of updates and pictures. I was happy that our dogs had a big fenced in backyard they could play in. Thank you!

Annie and her mother always take such wonderful care of chloe! It’s so nice to go away and know she is in safe and good hands. They interact with the neighbor’s dogs, and their own dog is a sweetheart. They are my go-to when I have to get out of town!

Absolutely the best experience with Sarah! I was so worried about my baby, as this was my 1st time using Rover. However, Sarah was phenomenal and so welcoming! My baby had an amazing time and Sarah did not hesitate to ensure me that Layla was okay while I was away. I am so pleased with her! Christy is always great with our pups! She takes amazing care of them and spoils them! We get updates and communication is always great! She has cared for our puppies three times and every time we are satisfied!

We were able to take a week’s vacation out of the country and not worry about Charlie one bit! We knew she would be in excellent hands. The daily pictures put us at ease and she came home a happy and very tired pup!

We moved our 5 pound yorkie from oversized boarding facilities because she’s overstimulated and can get anxious in spaces that aren’t as personal. She prefers warm cozy environments with close connections to cuddles and people. Christal and her family are so sweet. It seems like our pup can truly relax when she is there like her home away from home!

Book her if you can! Mara and her family are wonderful. Teddy had a blast staying in her beautiful home and playing with her kids and other dogs as well. I highly recommend her.

What a pleasant surprise to our family!! This was our first experience with Rover and we could not have been more pleased with Anna!! She was extremely responsive the entire time and provided daily video's, pictures and updates. She cared for our dogs as if they were her own and it showed when they arrived back home happy and clean. We will definitely be calling Anna again!!

We were a bit nervous leaving our doggie Umi as it had been a while since we left for vacation without her, and she doesn’t do well with other dogs, but Carol put all the anxiety to rest. When I first met this sweet couple, I quickly felt comfortable and knew that I could be relieved. Umi was calm and happy when we got home. We love her and will be booking her again!

Crissy was great. It was easy to coordinate drop-offs and pick-ups. She sent pictures everyday. I used to wonder how Loki was doing since it is his first time with Crissy and then the pictures helped us feel better that he is having a great time. Unlike other times we have boarded him, he seemed to have eaten all his food. Crissy is so close to where we live which is another advantage to us. It was so hard to find a dog boarding service around here. We are really happy with our boarding experience with Crissy!

Our pet’s stay was great! He was well taken care of and exhausted after coming home from all of the exercise he had. The communication was great with lots of photos too. We will be glad to use them again.
