I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! The environment felt so warm and homely, and my pup was immediately comfortable there. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my dog was in a safe, loving space while I was away. When I came to pick him up, he was so happy, playful, and clearly well cared for. Nick and Sarah were amazing. They responded immediately to a last minute request for a dog sitter when our daughter went into the hospital. They were kind, flexible, and easy to communicate with. They kept me updated on Nala and how she was doing amd they sent lots of pictures. I highly recommend them and will book them whenever I am in Charlotte with Nala

Jocelyn kept my buddy for a week and made him feel at home, giving me peace of mind. She sent pictures daily, and every picture showed he was happy. Sandra was so kind and thoughtful with our puppy and us. She loved our Daisy like she was her own dog. Sandra was available for questions and she answered promptly each time I asked anything. She send me updates daily with pictures of Daisy playing and having fun! It was our first time leaving our puppy and I was very nervous. We had an excellent experience with Lauren! Even though she was new to us, she gave us complete peace of mind while we were out on vacation for 10 days. She sent daily updates with photos, fun messages, and included Leo in their Christmas activities, which we absolutely loved. It was clear from every update that Leo was happy, comfortable, and treated like family—free to relax on beds, couches, and his favorite spots. We never once worried while we were away. Jessica was amazing! She was thorough and knowledgeable and loved my animals like they were her own! I had never boarded my cats or one of my dogs, and she helped them acclimate so easily! It is such a huge relief to have someone I can trust to care for my pets!

Staying with Rachel is like Rocky’s home away from home!! We can tell he is so well taken care of and treated like a member of the family! Rachel is great with communication and always makes drop-off/pick-up so easy. Rocky is already booked and looking forward to his next stay!

Absolutely the best experience with Sarah! I was so worried about my baby, as this was my 1st time using Rover. However, Sarah was phenomenal and so welcoming! My baby had an amazing time and Sarah did not hesitate to ensure me that Layla was okay while I was away. I am so pleased with her! We cannot thank April and Chris enough for taking such incredible care of our girls, Bella and Tilly! They went completely above and beyond to make sure the girls felt comfortable and settled into their home. Their communication was top-notch—we loved receiving regular updates and tons of wonderful pictures while we were away. It was so clear that Bella and Tilly were getting a massive amount of love, attention, and regular exercise in their fantastic backyard. April and Chris truly treated our pups like family. Carol was absolutely wonderful, and I would confidently book with her again. She only takes one dog at a time, which gave me great peace of mind knowing Soleil had her full attention and care. She allows dogs on the sofa and bed, much like I do at home, which made the transition seamless and kept Soleil comfortable in a familiar routine. Soleil was walked several times a day and was clearly well cared for, happy, and loved throughout the entire week. I also received regular photos and text updates, which reassured me that everything was going great. I’m so grateful for the attentive, thoughtful care Carol provided.

Joshua and Audrey were wonderful! They took excellent care of our dog and we loved the pictures and updates each day. He seemed to have a great time with them!

This whole family treated my dog like she was part of it. They ensured she was loved and cared for and went above and beyond to make sure she was fed and comfortable. My dog felt right at home from the beginning. Ann sent daily pictures and updates which was much appreciated. This was our first rover experience and we couldn't be happier knowing our Athena was in good hands while we were gone.

Elaine and her husband were fantastic hosts for our dog Romeo. Even though they had an emergency situation and it was the week of Christmas Romeo came home happy and they even gave him a bath prior to us picking him up. Top notch service. We will 100% be using them again if Romeo needs another puppy vacation!
