Jasmine was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease with her calm, down-to-earth nature and excellent communication. She was incredibly responsive and punctual, and her regular updates, photos, and videos of Leah gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Leah was happy, comfortable, and receiving lots of love and attentive care. I came home to a clean place and a content, well cared for cat, which meant so much to me. Jasmine is truly trustworthy, reliable, and thoughtful, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her!

I even asked her for advice about organizing my cat’s space and general cat care, and she had thoughtful answers to everything. She really knows what she’s doing. She even managed to clean Kiara’s ears, which is something my cat absolutely hates, but Alina was so gentle and patient that everything went smoothly.
