Ashley helped me immensely by keeping an eye on my cats while I was out of town! She is highly dependable and personable, and she maintains great communication. She treated my cats as if they were her own, couldn’t ask for better care! Will 100% request for her help again if the need arises in the future!

Angelina was wonderful! She took my cat to his vet appointment, stayed with him throughout the visit, and made sure he got back home safely. She communicated with me every step of the way, providing updates and keeping me informed, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. She was reliable, caring, and attentive to my cat’s needs. It was such a relief knowing he was in good hands. I truly appreciate her help and would absolutely recommend Angelina to anyone looking for dependable and compassionate pet care services.

Sean is very responsive and patient not just with animals but was amazing when I kept having to shift plans. He is great to work with and look forward to him caring for my pets again.

When my train from the West Coast was unexpectedly canceled during a two-week visit there, forcing me to find another train that would get me back to S.C. two days later than planned, Moe helped me out without hesitation. She took care of Sebastian, my cat, with the same care and love she gives to her own pets. She also took care of other needs that impacted Sebastian, such as restoring power to the TV channel my cat watches after a power outage, and notifying me of water damage inside the home after a severe thunderstorm. Moe has proven time and again why she is a Star Sitter. She always goes above and beyond her duties to make sure your pet is safe and sound.

Abby did a great job! Very responsive, responsible, and even did extra tasks for us like checking mail and picking up Christmas ornaments our cat scattered about. lol. Will def use her again.

Samantha has continued to do an amazing job caring for my cats, Chester and Binoo. She keeps me updated with photos, makes sure their food and water is good, and keeps their litter boxes and surrounding area clean. Knowing they're receiving such thoughtful care has given me so much peace of mind while we're away. I truly appreciate her reliability, communication, and the genuine care she shows my pets. I highly recommend her!

Natalie was such a great last minute sitter, truly a Godsend! She was very kind and my babygirl seemed to enjoy her company very much, I would recommend Natalie to anyone who needs a good drop in sitter. Communication and timeliness were on point 10/10 💕

Samantha did an amazing job! She was very communicative and didn’t just scoop the litter pan and feed my boys. She played with them too and helped get the zoomies out of their systems. One of my cats is VERY shy, but by the last day he was clearly incredibly comfortable with her. Her schedule was flexible so she was able to adjust and visit them the morning I was coming home as well. She will definitely be my top pick going forward for a recurring sitter! **As a bonus, she kindly brought in my packages so they weren’t sitting out on the porch for days.

Aaron gave my friend, my cat, the spa treatment - now he is raving about Aaron at every moment. His food was on time and in proper quantities and the eating area cleaned, all water (fountains) full and never empty, and hotel like liter boxes - hotel like cleaned. He wants the same treatment from me now. I received timely updates, and pictures from Aaron of various aspects of his care - and one or two photos of my cat, when he decided to make a showing (he likes to hide on occasion.) Now my friend expects the same treatment - from me- he tried to wake me up today ... I just pulled the blanket over my head. I will definitely submit my cat to the 'spa treatment' in the future from Aaron.

Marissa was excellent with our two kittens! She was able to meet us beforehand to get the key, to meet the kittens, and to learn about their needs. The kittens seemed to warm up to her quickly. She played with them and a highlight of the vacation I was on (hence the need for a pet sitter) was the photos and the detailed updates that Marissa would send! She was fantastic and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using her for all your pet needs!

Kristin is awesome! I booked check ins for Christmas day and the morning after. I'm so happy she could check on my two cats. She had mentioned to me at the meet and greet that this was her busiest Christmas week yet with a lot of bookings. I have worked in retail for a few years now and Christmas week can be so overwhelming, especially with now that I travel for family while having pets at home. I am so appreciative that she was able to show them care and attention even with one of the craziest weeks of the year. I had booked her in advance but even then I was worried and anxious about this. My job had me scheduled christmas eve, and then I was taking a midnight train to Florida that night. Plus this would be the first night that my cats were alone together without me. I'm just so happy that Kristin could check on them, they were happy and comfortable seeing her while I was gone. I am really thankful for her and she's a great sitter.

Our pets love Kelsey. They got play time and meal time when she arrived for a home visit. We have two very active kitties who were well taken care of while we were gone. We felt very good about leave ng both of them in her care while we traveled.
