Sara kept us updated during every visit with detailed (and entertaining!) messages and wonderful photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from the pictures and updates that our cats were comfortable and content in her care. Sara was punctual, reliable, and thorough—she never missed a visit and made sure all of our instructions were followed perfectly including giving daily meds to one of our kitties. Her genuine love for animals really shone through, and we could tell our cats were in excellent hands.
