Single handedly made me a repeat user here on Rover. Super flexible, communicates consistently, and great with care. Our cats normally don’t leave the bedroom with new people but loved spending time with her. 10/10

Cassy was my first experience using Rover and I could not have been more pleased! She was very reliable - quick to respond and showed up exactly when she said she would. She sent me lots of photos of my baby and they looked happy and not anxious at all :)

House was kept clean. Water fountain replenished. Most importantly, my babies appear to be happy and doing well. Rachel does a wonderful job sending many pictures during each visit showing feedings and play time.

Thank you so much for taking such great care of our girls while we were away!! We loved the extra photos and notes we would get and know they were in great care while we were on vacation!! Thanks for going above and beyond for our fur babies!!!
