Dog Boarding in Ruby

Anna was wonderful! She met for a meet and greet prior to Banks' stay and made us all feel comfortable about Banks' first-ever sleepover. She kept us updated with pictures and videos and loved on our boy. He even made new friends. We are so excited to have found someone trustworthy and loving to look after Banks during our trips! We had a wonderful experience with Amber! She was kind, conscientious, and thoughtful. I appreciated the regular text updates and photos. Communication was excellent, she responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating with both drop off/pickup times and our last-minute schedule change. She genuinely cared about our dog and wanted to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone. We would absolutely book with her again!

Leaving Spartacus with someone else is never easy because he's such an important part of our family, but from the moment we met Hailey, I knew he was in caring and loving hands. Throughout his stay, we received thoughtful updates and adorable photos that completely put our minds at ease. It meant so much knowing he was not only being looked after, but genuinely cared for and loved. When Spartacus came home, he was happy, relaxed, and his usual playful self. That speaks volumes about the quality of care he received. It's clear that caring for animals isn't just a job for Hailey and her family—it's something they truly have a passion for. We are beyond grateful for the kindness, patience, and attention Spartacus was given. Finding someone you can fully trust with your fur baby is priceless, and we feel so fortunate to have found it with Hailey. Alexis was very kind, responsive and accommodating, per usual! Excellent care of Mr. Hatch. He came back home happy and exhausted from all the playtime!

Annie and Grandma Grace are amazing. From the first meeting I knew that Bailey was in good hands. Their home was warm and inviting. I received photos of Bailey during his stay which made me feel at ease since this was his first time boarding. I will definitely recommend Annie and Grandma Grace for your loved one.

Excellent care. It is so refreshing to meet someone who actually reads your care instructions. My pup thought she was in a dog resort, it was so spacious and accommodating. Very comforting to leave my Havanese here. Friendly resident dogs.

Mini is well taken care of when she goes to daycare/boarding with Chelsea, Amanda, and Paxton. Mini is playful and loves to toss the frisbee and ball. This family takes the time to ensure ahe is played with in addition to her needs of food, bathroom, walks and sleep. I highly recommwnd Chwlsea as this is a family effort...

Ashley was great! This is the second time she has watched Charlotte. She gave us daily updates and we could tell Charlotte was having a good time! We can't wait to use Ashley again!

We were very satisfied with Jake's care. Madelyn sent us several videos which helped us feel comfortable being away. Jake was happy when we went to pick him up and he was happy around Madelyn. We were glad she had her own dog and the two got along well. It's great to have someone we can trust to take care of our boy and he will be well cared for. We're grateful for Rovers referral.
