Dog Boarding in Waterloo

Veronica and her husband are awesome. This is my second time using them. I had an emergency and needed to extend Gracie's. They were very gracious in keeping her longer. They sent pictures every day. I can't recommend them any stronger . They are were Gracie will be staying any time I have to board her!

Jared and his wife have been amazing. This was our first time using Rover and they did great. Jared sent a lot of photos of our dog every day which we appreciate a lot because that way we knew how he was doing. He kept us updated 24/7 and even made cooked meals for Oliver and gave him a bath! You can see they actually love and care about pets. We will definitely come back when we need to! Oliver loves them!!

Bruce had a great time for the whole week. Lots of friends and running ! Good updates and photos along the way .,, zero complaints and good communication

Brianna took amazing care of Summer. She has the most comforting and loving personality that I didn’t worry at all during my trip. Her husband and precious kids welcomed Summer like another member of the family as well! I am so happy to have found her and her family to care for our sweet pup! 🐶💕

We are so thankful for Laura! She has taken wonderful care of our dog multiple times now and does an excellent job. She’s a great communicator and I know our lab is happy when he is at her house!

Our standard poodle Coco was very well cared for by Kelly N. and her assistant Charlie (10+ year-old gentle lab) for 11 days. Kelly is a work-from-home professional who maintains an immaculate, safe environment for the animals in her charge. Although we were traveling through some islands thousands miles away, she kept in touch by sending a daily update of photos and pertinent observations of our dog. We liked the fact that Kelly hosts one pet per night and can give her full attention, not a knock on others who take on multiple pets and provide seemingly adequate care. Kelly is a completely responsible and trustworthy caretaker and your pet will be in great hands with her.

This is the second time I have used Nikki, she is phenomenal and Bernie loves her and her husband. She sends me frequent updates and pictures. I always feel at ease when im away and Bernie is with her. I will always use Nikki and you should too!

I cannot thank Dorothy enough for the amazing care she provided for Koda during our trip. From daily updates and adorable photos to making sure he stuck to his routine, she went above and beyond. It was clear he was comfortable, happy, and well-loved while we were away. Knowing he was in such good hands gave us total peace of mind. Lexi was beyond AMAZING! She accommodated my booking in a short notice due to a last minute cancellation. She Welcomed my Tucker into her home and he was given the best care and attention. Tucker had the best time, he was smiling the BIGGEST smiles I ever seen in all of his pictures that Lexi sent over. He made two new best buddies with her two puppies. Lexi was very communicative through the stay with texts, pictures and video. My Tucker just loved her. He came back home with such an even more fun and happy personality. I will definitely book Lexi again! 💕

I was so nervous leaving my Yorkie with anyone as I have never left him with a stranger before, but Becca made the transition easy for all of us. She allowed my dog and I to come into her home and get to know her and her children for over a half hour or more before I had to leave to make sure everyone was comfortable. While I was away, she sent messages, photos, and videos showing me he was having a great time and adjusting well. Will definitely use her and only her next time I have to be away!

Two energetic older puppies can be a lot to deal with. Mason was very accommodating, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and provided great daily updates. My pups came home happy and tired. Highly recommend!

Jonathan is a life saver! I had a sitter cancel on me last minute and Jonathon saved my trip! Would 10/10 recommend using his service. My pup played non stop all weekend and Jonathan even supplied pictures and videos while I was away.
