He took great care of our animals, was on time to our meet and greet, flexible and understanding when I goofed up the dates of our trip and needed to adjust the timing. Kim took such thoughtful care of my standoffish 15 year old Yorkie, with all her idiosyncrasies, and my clingy anxiety-prone Morkie. She sent lots of photos and updates and I felt at ease while traveling. So glad she was available on short notice, and will definitely book again. Highly recommend, especially if you have quirky littles.

Riley has been so great! She was available to start a day early and stay longer when weather impacted our travel plans. She’s attentive to our pets and cares for our home. She sends pictures often and is great about communicating. We will keep hiring her as long as she’s still pet sitting!

Where do I even begin! This was our family’s first time using a pet sitter on Rover and we absolutely love Kerstin! She communicated up to the time we left and the entire time on vacation, giving us pics and detailed updates on our fur babies! She stayed in our home to make sure our nervous pup never felt alone and kept us up to date of all her behavior patterns to let us know she was calm and relaxed. We came home to happy animals, a clean house and even little welcome Easter gifts and cards! Unbelievable that a perfect stranger took such great care of both our babies and our home!
