Lauren went above and beyond for my River. River got a stomach bug and was having accidents in the house while I was out of the country and Lauren took wonderful care of her, cleaned my house, rearranged her schedule and fed her homemade meals until River felt better. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter. Thanks again Lauren!

Since our normal sitter was not available we had to find another which is stressful. Aaron was amazing with our pups and cat! One of our dogs had developed a small hot spot on his foot a few days before our vacation and Aaron went out of his way to bandage it up to make sure he would not continue to lick it when he noticed him doing it more and irritating it. Will definitely use him again! It is nice to now know we have several options when one doesn’t work out.

Rebecca was awesome! She took good care of our boys and they loved her! It was so nice having someone stay with the boys at our home. Rebecca kept in contact with us letting us know how they were doing through messaging and pictures. On our way home, I had an emergency that delayed our trip by several hours. We let Rebecca know right away and she stayed another night with them. The next morning, we gave her our ETA for home and told her the boys would be alright by themselves for a couple of hours but she stayed with them until we were about 30 minutes from home so they wouldn't be lonely. When we got home, our kitchen counters were wiped down. Thank y'all so much for everything! :)

Claire was great !! She was willing to meet/interview with us for the first visit - we booked her right away. She came over again the day before we left and went over all of the house and dog details. She came and left as she said she would, she sent daily photos. The dogs had fun and were very happy. I highly recommend Claire !! Thank you for your time, service and care with our boys and our home. Look forward to using you in the future !!

We booked a long stay and Tristan was more than happy to stay with our girl and watch after our home. Every time we book with him he treats our girl like his own and is a pleasure to communicate with. I cannot recommend him enough

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn't have asked for a better first experience with Rover, and that's entirely thanks to Makenzie! Leaving our girls behind when we travel is always a little stressful, especially with Sophie, our senior diabetic cat who requires insulin injections twice a day. Finding someone we could trust to keep her healthy, comfortable, and on schedule was incredibly important to us. Zoey, our older husky, is a laid-back, affectionate snuggle bug who just wants some love and companionship. Makenzie was absolutely wonderful with both of them! From the beginning, she was attentive, communicative, and genuinely caring. She kept us updated with pictures and messages throughout our trip, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our girls were happy and in good hands. She handled Sophie's medication and insulin schedule without any issues, which was easily our biggest concern going into this experience. Beyond taking excellent care of Sophie and Zoey, Makenzie was incredibly respectful of our home. We returned to an immaculate house and, most importantly, two happy, healthy girls who had clearly been well cared for. What could have been a stressful first experience using a pet-sitting service turned into an opportunity for us to actually relax and enjoy our trip without constantly worrying about things back home. That peace of mind is priceless, especially when you have a senior pet with medical needs. We are so grateful to Makenzie for treating our girls like her own and going above and beyond to make sure they were safe, comfortable, and loved.
