She was incredibly responsive and punctual, and her regular updates, photos, and videos of Leah gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Leah was happy, comfortable, and receiving lots of love and attentive care. I came home to a clean place and a content, well cared for cat, which meant so much to me.
