Kerstin is amazing! She took such great care of our miniature poodle! Our pup is a bit reserved, and Kerstin knows how to create rapport and trust VERY quickly. Our pup was cuddling with Kerstin within an hour of her arrival. Kerstin provided daily updates with photos and played all the games we outlined, as well as everything else we asked.
