Dog Boarding in Aberdeen

Am always reluctant to leave my dog with strangers when I need to be out of town, especially if I have to leave him with a facility that operates like a state penitentiary for dogs (individual cells, very limited time for exercise, no employees on site much of the time, etc). Felicia and Larry’s home is a better alternative. Suburban Aberdeen home with room for the dogs, where they are usually interacting with each other and with humans. The owners’ two dogs, Jack and Blade (the very affectionate puppy) are welcoming to new dogs and happy to interact with them. The house has a back yard and there is a large adjacent undeveloped area directly area behind the house that is good for frequent walks. The dogs also love to go to the nearby off-leash dog park. My dog was initially anxious and confused being in a new place but soon fell into the routine and interaction with people and other dogs, playing with toys, etc. Felicia and Larry keep a close eye on the dogs, their food consumption and other behaviors and interactions. Especially appreciated the daily photos and messages tracking my dog’s progress. Their young daughter is also very affectionate with the dogs.

This was the second time Rachel watched our dog, Astro. She was just as amazing as the first time. She gave daily pictures and updates on how he was doing. Astro had so much fun and came back home a very tired dog from all the playing with his friends.

Nicole was absolutely wonderful with my 3-month-old miniature dachshund, Pippa. I was very nervous about leaving such a young puppy for a week, but Nicole immediately put my mind at ease. She was kind, caring, and clearly treated Pippa like one of her own. Throughout the stay, Nicole sent daily updates, photos, and videos, which gave me so much reassurance and allowed me to enjoy my time away knowing Pippa was in great hands. It was obvious that Pippa was receiving lots of attention, love, and excellent care. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again!
