Our booking with Desiree was our first ever using Rover! Desiree helped make it a great experience. She was very responsive to our requests and questions. We really appreciated the rapid response time and ease with arranging our pets stay at Desiree's. In the past, our pet would give us the cold shoulder after staying at the kennel. Not this time, which makes us think he especially enjoyed his stay and was very cared for and comfortable. Thank you Desiree and Logan!
