This was our first time boarding our puppy so was unsure what to expect. Desiree and Landen were great to work with! Communication was good and pick up and drop off were smooth.
Nicole was absolutely wonderful with my 3-month-old miniature dachshund, Pippa. I was very nervous about leaving such a young puppy for a week, but Nicole immediately put my mind at ease. She was kind, caring, and clearly treated Pippa like one of her own. Throughout the stay, Nicole sent daily updates, photos, and videos, which gave me so much reassurance and allowed me to enjoy my time away knowing Pippa was in great hands. It was obvious that Pippa was receiving lots of attention, love, and excellent care. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again!
