Dog Boarding in Alexander Mill

Lorna was patient and caring with Dora and Rusty. At almost 10 and 4 years old, this was their first experience staying with a sitter versus a family friend. While they appeared content at drop off, they became apprehensive when I left and began barking. Lorna set up their crate and they were content to snuggle up. She left the door open to allow them to come and go. Over the last several months we have moved and there have been a lot of changes. Lorna found a way to make them feel comfortable in this new situation. I will definitely use her services again!

Our puppy Bandit is only six months old. My wife and I were a bit nervous about sending him to a dog sitter or kennel for two nights in unfamiliar surroundings. Furthermore, he is a very active and energetic puppy and needs lots human contact . As it turned out when we picked Bandit up he was as happy as can be, happy to see us and to be going home, and happy to have had such friendly and loving dog sitters, and their young grand-daugher to care for him over the weekend. Samantha took special care of my fur babies. This was our first time boarding them and she was amazing! She sent me updates and a few pictures along the way with how they were doing. I highly recommend her services. We will be using her again!

I chose Linda and Wendy as they specialize in small dogs. My two puppies boarded for four days. They were well cared for and bonded well with Linda, Wendy and their two dogs. I received periodic updates and video. They also gave me pictures of my pups when I picked them up. I highly recommend and plan to use Linda and Wendy again in the future.

Amazing service as always! Our fur baby was happy when we got home, pickup and drop-off were very professional and the occasional pictures throughout his stay helped ease our minds and ensure that he was having a great time!

Brooke was the perfect sitter for my Sunny girl. It’s hard for me to leave my pup, but Brooke put me at ease quickly! I was so appreciative of her regular updates and quick responses. Our 3rd time booking with her and she continues to outshine our expectations! It is such a relief to see our fur babies loved on and taken care of while we are away. Each time we have picked them up, they've come back happy & healthy, and you can see clearly that she genuinely cares for them! They even get yard time! We needed a place for our dog for the day while we were at Ober & I was so lucky to find Jennifer! She updated me through the day with pictures and if you’re staying or venturing out in downtown Gatlinburg her place is super convenient!

Hannah is amazing! This was the first time we ever used her to take care of our pup, and I am so grateful that we did. Communication was excellent, and she sent many pictures and updates while we were gone to let me know he was happy. It was clear that my dog was well loved, and well taken care of while staying with her. I could not be great more grateful that she treated my dog as if he were one of her own.

Sam and Erica were amazing! They were incredibly responsive and communicative and sent lots of pictures and updates. Moose had such a fun week with them and their pup. Would absolutely recommend them with highest compliments!

Thomas was absolutely wonderful with our dog Rose! You can tell he truly care for animals and enjoys taking care of them. He attended to all of Rose’s needs and took her for lots of walks and play time. She was a happy tired pup when we picked her up! Will definitely use again!

Our Pups first time with Sabrina and it went very well. You can clearly see she loves dogs. She has a safe environment for watching dogs, timely communication with us and reaches out with any questions during the stay. We also received updates & pictures as well. We would highly recommend her and will be having our dogs return next time we are looking to be out of town or away for the day.

Whiskey was very comfortable with Elizabeth and I really appreciated the periodic updates of how he was doing with pictures and how easy it was to get in touch with and communicate with Elizabeth!

I left my dog with Danielle for 9 days. Danielle was great about following medication instructions and all general instructions for my dog, and I felt completely comfortable with him being in her care. She also walked him along with her dogs! She frequently sent pictures and updates as to how things were going. We will definitely use Danielle again in the future! Highly recommend!!

I didn't get to meet Joe but Rita was awesome! I was so thankful to find someone with availability for both Christmas and the New Year holiday when I found myself in need of a sitter last minute due to my health issues. Rita was so gracious & encouraging. Mayflower & Sarge stayed at Joe & Rita's for 2 weeks & had a blast! They loved her fenced in yard & getting to play with her other boarders as well as their CoCo. Rita is very knowledgeable about dog behavior/pack structure as well as training. Her procedure for introducing newcomers & her "If they are allowed on the furniture at your house they are allowed on the furniture at mine." policy put my mind at ease that I could focus 100% on getting better with no worries about my furbabies. Thanks Rita! We will definitely come back if we need a sitter again!
