Very attentive to detail and instructions. She was very kind to our three cats. They were comfortable with her. Very good communications and feedback. On time and dependable. We will use her services again.

Greatly appreciate Stephanie doing 3 drop-in visits to check in on the cats while we were out if town. Stephanie did an excellent job of communicating. She made sure the cats were fed and had plenty of water. Excellent.

I think this is my fourth time hiring Karen in about six months. She is so conscientious and a great communicator, for example flagging things like notes from the apartment complex about maintenance. I always feel good leaving my kitty in her hands.

Stephanie was great!! I’ve never booked through Rover before and was so pleasantly surprised by how awesome and easy the experience was. Stephanie was super communicative, friendly, and caring for our little kitties! It was so nice knowing they had someone stopping in to hang + check in on them. Catherine and Brandon did a fantastic job caring for our 3 kitties. We appreciated Catherine meeting us in advance of the pet sitting, allowing her to meet us and the kitties and get a full briefing on medications, etc. Catherine kept us well-informed, and we appreciated the daily report card, photos, and videos.
