Dog Boarding in Erwin

New to the area, we were dismayed that vet hospitals here didn’t offer boarding, so we searched through the River.com site. After several meet and greets, we decided on Lorna and couldn’t be more pleased. She treated our boys like her own, and they were attended to lovingly and appropriately. One of our boys takes meds for anxiety and a skin condition, and Lorna was a pro at administering his meds. Her home and yard are spacious, clean, and secure. We will definitely use her services in the years to come.

Earl took great care of my labrador, Dallas. Had to get someone soon, as I only had two days notice. He had two dogs he could hang out with. He got along with them very well. Earl gave my dog his meds 2X per day. Earl is professional in his manner and the dogs are kept very safe by the set-up he has in his home.

When we dropped off the labs, they stood up in the back of the vehicle and started wagging tails before we even got to the turnoff for the residence. That says it all! Your pets are in the best hands here!

Ashley did an amazing job. She was quick with response and made our dog feel right at home. She was able to send pictures of our dog and would give us an update everyday. Our dog can be very timid at times, so to see her be 100% comfortable, shows me that she is a great dog sitter and that my dog is getting the love she needs. Especially when a pet can get stressed while being away from their owners, the number one thing anyone wants is to know their animal is safe. I would highly recommend her, and have our dog be watched by her again.

Lori is wonderful! She was very accommodating with timing/our schedule, communicative, and sent me lots of pictures of our little guy having a blast with her little friends. Highly recommend!

Jennifer and her family were absolutely amazing during our puppies stay at their home. She sent me photos and videos the entire time and we were so happy with how well they took care of him while we were on vacation. We will most definitely book with Jennifer again on our next trip! I can’t thank her enough!

Carola was quick to respond from the very beginning. We met ahead of our trip to meet and introduce our dog to her and her home. She sent pictures and videos of our little Piper enjoying herself throughout the week, which we really appreciated.

Hannah was amazing - she took great care of our boy and provided plenty of photos and updates. I would highly recommend her and if we are ever in this area again we will definitely use her again!

We were able to enjoy our vacation so much more knowing that our pup was being well taken care of by Richard! Richard gave us frequent updates throughout our trip and responded very quickly to any messages. We will not hesitate to use him again in the future!

Melanie is a wonderful pet sitter and we are very pleased that we chose her to keep our dog for the week while we were away. She provided much love and care to our furry family member. We’ll definitely call upon her the next time we need a pet sitter. We highly recommend!

Madison made our Zelda feel at home away from home! She gave her so many walks and took the best care of her! I could tell Zelda felt at home with Madison and loved her company. Zelda loved her stay and we will be using Madison again!

Miss Rita was SO SWEET and very thourough! She taught our dog new tricks, sent us multiple photos and videos throughout the stay, and even gave us handwritten notes she took when we came to pick Corby up. Corby loved staying with Miss Rita and Coco and the other pups that she was sitting at the time. We even put a deposit down for a second stay in July! Thank you, Miss Rita! Corby misses you and Coco already.

We love Kayla. She is flexible, friendly, easy to coordinate with and highly communicative. Most of all, she loves our dog, and he loves her! Can’t recommend her enough.

Our dog, Ginger was absolutely well cared for and enjoyed staying with Tucker! He followed her medicine schedule (she's on quite a few) and feeding routine as requested! Anytime we asked for an update or pictures, he was quick to respond and always courteous and polite!! Highly recommend him and will use him again, in the future, if needed! Thank you Tucker for taking care of our girl!!!!!!

Regina was wonderful! We did a meet-and-greet prior to the stay, and my 2 babies fell in love with her that day. They loved being in her home and with Regina and her family because she loved them and took care of them as if they were her own. ??? Debbie

Sheryl did a wonderful job taking care of my babies. She was attentive, caring and conscientious in keeping me posted (with lots of pics) on how their day was going. I highly recommend her and will not hesitate to use her services again. She definitely gives you peace of mind.
