Dog Boarding in Erwin

I cannot say enough good things about Lorna and her care for our dogs. From the moment we started corresponding to the time we picked them back up from her house, Lorna was professional, kind, responsive, and very caring. Lorna’s home is so nice yet she totally allows the dogs to cuddle in and make themselves at home. Great back yard! We have never felt better about leaving our dogs with someone and hope to never have to use anyone else going forward. Lorna is absolutely the best!

Samuel and Erica took wonderful care of Ruby. They sent pictures daily and she looked happy and well loved! They also provided good feedback about the visit. Will definitely use their services again.

Alexa was awesome! She went above and beyond for our little Juniper. It was Junie’s first time overnight away from us and when she came back home she was very chill and seems like she had a great time. We would definitely recommend Alexa and plan on using her again in the future! 💛

Erica was so sweet with our pup. She sent updates and pictures throughout the week which really helped us feel that our puppers was enjoying her vacation as much as we were! Highly recommend!

Jennifer is amazing! She and her family clearly love dogs and treated ours like they were their own. I loved the daily updates with pics and videos, and they have a beautiful home with a large fenced in yard. We rested easy while our dogs were under her care and will absolutely be a repeat client.

Mandy does a fantastic job caring for our dogs. We have a sweet but extremely exuberant Aussie, and Mandy handles her with the calmness and patience. When we get out of the car, the dogs pull to get in her house.

Loni did a great job caring for our dog Charlie for 2-1/2 weeks. We wanted him to get personal care rather than a kennel, and Loni was that caregiver. Charlie was able to match well with Loni’s home, daughter, dog Timber, and cat. Loni sent us occasional updates with photo of highlights of his time with her. One one walk Charlie smelled a puppy that was lost, and turned out to be injured. Loni posted on Facebook and was contacted by someone who could get care for the puppy. A lost injured puppy with no food or water who would have been exposed to subfreezing night temperatures. We are very pleased with the care Loni gave to Charlie, and her concern for others pets.

Our Eddie stayed with Samantha for a week. It was a great experience! Samantha communicated regularly with pictures and videos and responded promptly to any of our questions. Most importantly, Eddie was obviously well cared for and had a great time!! He’s an active dog so loved being able to play with the other animals and have limitless outdoor time. We highly recommend Samantha and will absolutely book again!

Lori is absolutely fantastic. From the meet and greet to make sure my pup was comfortable all the way to sending lots of photo/video updates while Nova was in her care. I would highly recommend giving her a shot if you need someone to love on your pup while you are gone.

Sabrina is the most caring, sweet, loving, thoughtful dogsitter I've had. Our dogs are very busy, require a lot of attention and she was wonderful with them. She sent me so many videos and pictures having fun with them in the backyard. She communicated everyday. She is just so cute and you can tell she truly enjoys them. She puts their names on the chalkboard, gives them special treats and even goody to go home with! I feel like my dogs had the greatest time there. As soon as they got in the car they were pooped! She was great. We will be back.

She was super nice and good with planning everything out. I felt like nothing was left up to question and that my dog loved her time with her. She sent updates and pictures and videos as well.

Would highly recommend Melanie for anyone who wants to board their pups in a home setting. With three dogs, I know it's quite a request for one person to keep them all. Especially with one being a over the top rambunctious lab puppy. Everybody came home happy, relaxed and content. When Mom wanted to check in on them like an overprotective owner, Melanie was so sweet about giving us an update. Her large fenced-in backyard is a big bonus. Especially with high energy dogs. Definitely a five-star experience, and would not hesitate to have Melanie care for our three hooligans anytime!

Our go to! Our little guy LOVES going to Ms Rita's! He has other dogs to play with and all the love he can handle! We get frequent updates so we feel good that he's happy & safe! We HIGHLY recommend - and we'll be back!
