Elizabeth was great with my cat! I get nice photo updates, and I know my cat is in good hands with her. She has easily made me a repeat client, this is the third time we've had her look after my Chester. Most times my travel plans are decided late, and I contact her on short notice and she is able to accommodate me. Communication with her is also great.

Emma was incredible and we will definitely be using her services again the next time we are out of town. This was my wife and I’s first time using Rover, so we were a little nervous about having a stranger at our home and taking care of our fur babies. Emma was amazing taking care of both our dog and cat, and providing check ins with us each visit. As well as she respected our home and left the place perfectly tidy. Great communication & shared pictures to let us know our pets were doing well. Also very flexible with scheduling, we added several days and they accepted with no concerns. Lastly our kitty that is shy around most LOVES Victoria!
