Erin is great! She went the extra mile and let us know our garage door was up (and closed it for us), also brought our package in off the porch. Smoky is always happy when we get home!

We have always left our pets in the care of friends and family so using the rover service was a first for us. Matthew was energetic and excited to get to know all of our animals and did a great job taking care of them. In addition to our dog, we have 3 outside cats, 4 bunnies and chickens. He did not even flinch. All of our animals were relaxed when we got home after being gone a week so I don’t think they knew we were gone at all. All of their needs were met, and Matthew stayed in contact with us whenever he had questions or when we wanted to check in. I felt completely comfortable with him keeping all of our pets safe and happy. Will definitely book again with him.

Ethan is the ideal Rover contractor: professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ethan followed all Rover protocols, took some really good pictures, and clearly cares about animals. Very punctual, always arrived a few minutes before the drop-in time. Got along well with the cats.
