Journey is awesome. She is quick to respond to texts and is a great communicator. She is also thorough and doesn’t miss a thing! I am a helicopter mom and I leave extensive notes when I’m out of town and Journey always does everything exactly the way I requested :) I can tell she really does care about animals and she is very trustworthy. This was my first time using Rover.com or any pet sitting service. After reading Hal's reviews I felt pretty good about him. I originally was going to be away for 11 nights over the holidays, but I decided to extend for 3 extra nights. Hal was available to look after my 2 cats for the extra nights, which was great! I have one super friendly cat and one that is skiddish, but they both warmed up to Hal right away. Hal is very attentive and professional! I won't be home for 2 more days but I didn't want to wait too let others know how awesome of a job Hal has done. The updates and pictures of my fur buddies getting attention and giving attention to Hal have been absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend Hal to anyone with cats or any other pets. He's a pet pleaser for sure!

Shelby and Twinkie get along great! Shelby is very kind and always respects our home and treats our cat like her own. We love having the opportunity of her watching our kitty!

Kelly was fabulous! She sent my photos of my cats on every visit and wrote a little synopsis of how they were doing. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. It was so nice to be able to travel and not be worried if they were ok.
