Dog Boarding in Mount Carmel

Jennifer and her family are just wonderful! They took such good care of our senior dog. She was always responsive to the emails I sent to her and she kept us informed how he was doing the whole time. She sent several pictures which showed us just how relaxed and comfortable he was during his stay. We will definitely have Jennifer take care of him the next time we have a trip planned. Great experience!

Carly was amazing!! She took in our dog in the middle of a vacation when we were out of the country and worried about our dog at another rover. Our dog was pretty stressed after this change and carly handled it so well. She gives the dogs plenty of time to play and gives plenty of updates and pictures. Seriously cannot recommend her enough!!

Jessica and Bryan took very good care of both Barrow and Juneau. It was hard to leave them behind as this was the first time they were under the care of this nice family. We had planned this trip for months, and two weeks prior to our departure, we got a confirmed diagnosis that our senior dog had cancer. I explained the diagnosis with Jessica and Bryan, the extra care she would need, and Jessica gave me the information for her veterinarian and an ER clinic close by so I could fax records over to both places in case of emergency. Jessica and Bryan gave us daily updates which was nice! Both dogs were happy when we arrived to pick them up and showed no fear of any of the family members. We wouldn't hesitate to book with them in the future knowing they are compassionate, caring animal people.

Hannah is amazing! This was the first time we ever used her to take care of our pup, and I am so grateful that we did. Communication was excellent, and she sent many pictures and updates while we were gone to let me know he was happy. It was clear that my dog was well loved, and well taken care of while staying with her. I could not be great more grateful that she treated my dog as if he were one of her own.

Alexa watched my dog for a week. When I picked him up he was happy, tired out, he'd had lots of play time, and had gotten all the belly rubs he could stand. He seems very content and relaxed. Thank you for taking such good care of him. Alexa is curtious and professional. Answers questions, sends updates with pictures and has a knack for knowing how to be a good pet sitter. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs their pet looked after.

Natalie is so wonderful with our pups! She is very thoughtful and intuitive to their needs. We are so grateful for her and how at home and comforted she makes them feel. We feel so good leaving them in her care!

Cassandra is a superb pet sitter! She provided excellent care and even communicated with us regularly with updates on our Bailey as well as pictures and videos. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using Rover since 2016 and travel a lot so it’s rare we get to use the same sitters more than twice. David is the best sitter we’ve left Arrow with to date! I felt very comfortable leaving Arrow with him right away. Pictures and updates were great. I hope we can use him again if we end up in the area.

Lorna was great! She frequently updated us with pictures and videos and took excellent care of our baby! We were very pleased and will definitely be back!

After reading all the glowing reviews, I felt confident in booking with Miss Rita to board our dog, Luna, for a week. Everything folks said was absolutely true. She is wonderful with dogs! She has a huge fenced yard with lots of room to run and play. Her home is very welcoming and pet-friendly...and spotless, sparkling clean! I was happy that she had a thorough screening and application process to ensure all pets are vaccinated. Every day Luna was there, I received multiple photos and videos and updates from Miss Rita, She ensured that the drop-off and pick-up was calm and orderly. Most of all, she has a big heart and it shows in the loving care she provides. A+ 5 stars would definitely recommend her!

Ashley was an amazing sitter for my dogs! They loved it while they were there and she was super friendly overall! She was very responsive and sent my husband and I are lot of pictures throughout their stay. She stayed up with my girl dog overnight when she was scared and made sure to keep us updated through her tough time initially. My dogs didn't want to leave, thats how much fun she had and how much love Ashley gave them!
