Cat Sitting in Mount Juliet

Christa will be our go to cat sitter going forward. She was punctual, communicative, and just all around great with our cats. We enjoyed our vacation knowing that our cats were well taken care of. 10/10 recommend

Checked in daily with pictures & videos. Followed all instructions & left the place as clean, if not cleaner then I left it. Will definitely book again/recommend :)

Our cat was well taken care of. Cyndie provided many photos and updates while we were away and made us feel comfortable leaving him while on vacation.

Tonya did a phenomenal job! She checked in on my newly rescued kitty Holston. She ensured he took his meds, had food and a clean litter box. She went the extra mile to share how he was doing and communicated thoroughly. I highly recommend!

Yoko was sweet with Mittens and followed all instructions however she said it was a drive and for the amount charged and short amount of time she was here I felt I overpaid for the pet care- which was good but she complained it was too hectic to get here. When I put in my address, it said she was close by, as I chose her for that reason but she said she had to travel through 3 school zones so she rushed in every morning. I’m sure she wasn’t here more than 30 minutes each visit and as much as I like her, I’m not paying a tip because I think I overpaid for this pet care based on the visit time. Rover should give her more for her time and care! I think the caregivers shouldn’t have to give so much of their pay to Rover.. I wasn’t planning on tipping as I prepaid plenty for the time and care that was given. I give her 5 stars because she was great but my son came in at night to spend more time with Mittens as she could only do mornings. I really prefer someone not tied down to a company that takes a share of the caregivers pay … I’d like all of what I pay go to the caregiver after the service is completed and not before to Rover. I prefer to pay my pet caregiver directly so I know they are compensated for their services. I do recommend her as she is kind and pet friendly and a trustworthy pet caregiver! I wish she was closer!

Reagan is my go-to sitter for my little spoiled queen cat, Koko! I have rebooked multiple times as I travel on and off for work. Reagan is reliable, trustworthy, but more importantly, she really loves being around pets. She takes her time with them and makes sure they feel loved during her visit. As a crazy cat mom, it makes a world of a difference knowing Koko is taken care of - I just don’t have to worry. Will continue to rebook and thankful I found her!

My cats are very high maintenance and I appreciate how much care she spent for them. Coming home to my cats well taken care of (including any accidents) was a big relief.

This was my first experience with Rover. Mary was very patient with me and very responsive to my questions. I can tell my cat was happy with her attentive care -- lots of playtime and interaction. Thank you!

Liz was absolutely amazing watching our two cats! Very thoughtful, communicative, and caring. We got reports every day including super cute pictures! Absolutely recommend- the best sitter we’ve had after many years using rover!

Verity was awesome! She sent regular photos of little Margo and gave her all the snuggles and playtime she needed. She even made the beds, folded laundry and cleaned bathrooms!
