She stepped in on extremely short notice, taking over my cats’ care late the evening before their visits were set to begin, and was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating from the start. My cats were very stressed after a difficult experience with another sitter, and during her first visit she spent extra time with them to help them feel safe and comfortable. Her calm, patient, and gentle approach made such a noticeable difference in their stress levels, and I truly believe her care helped them settle. She was also excellent with communication. She kept me informed about any visit time adjustments, sent wonderful photos, and was very understanding of any of my check-ins, especially during that first visit when I was understandably anxious. She was consistently sweet, reassuring, and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. It’s such a relief finding someone who genuinely cares. I’m incredibly grateful she was willing to step in when we needed help, and I would absolutely trust her with my cats again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, reliable, and attentive sitter.
