Jessie was fantastic! She took great care of our cats while we were away. She was very thorough with the litter boxes, spent some time playing with them, and sent us lots of adorable photos, which we really appreciated. We also have a pretty complicated apartment entry system that requires using an app, and she was so patient and willing to work with it without any complaints. She was incredibly easy to communicate with and made the whole experience completely stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience. We’d definitely book with Jessie again!
Alexis took wonderful care of my little ones (rabbit, hamsters, and fish). She read and followed all of my instructions exactly, and communicated with me if she had any questions. Will be reaching back out to her next time I need help!
