Kelsey was great! She provided updates and pictures every day which put my mind at ease. Super communicative and you can tell she really cares about animals!!

We had an emergency situation a messaged Austin. He dropped everything Christmas Day and went to our house to feed, water and check on our fur babies. He sent updates and pictures every day and was incredibly kind and helpful. I recommend Austin with the highest rating.

Hadley is a great communicator and took great care of Mr Kitty while we were gone for spring break. She shared pictures and texted when she had questions. Definitely recommend Hadley!

Tyler did a wonderful job caring for our kitties. I had set up an automatic feeder to give the cats dry food (Tyler was giving them wet food at his visits) and the cats toppled it and knocked it over. The next day, they clawed into the sealed bag of food I’d left out. Both times, Tyler graciously cleaned it up and helped me devise a way to keep the cats from doing it again. He checked in daily and sent occasional photos and videos, which my kids loved. I will definitely use him again!

Haley is our go-to pet sitter, and she always does an amazing job! This time was no exception she came by to check on our cat, and as always, she was kind, professional, and communicative. Emily has been great checking in on our cat daily while we were gone on vacation! Our cat isn’t very social with strangers, but I’m sure she still appreciated having someone coming to the house each day. It was reassuring for us as well knowing Tilly had fresh food and water each day! We highly recommend Emily and plan to have her do drop in visits for Tilly again in the future!
