Before I describe how awesome Yoko is, I need to provide a little backstory. Our 2 year old Goldendoodle gets along very well with everyone, people and other dogs alike. However, for some reason, every vacation we’ve had that we weren’t able to take her with us has resulted in a very large vet bill. In one case it was a foot infection from the kennel and another the vet thinks it was just extreme anxiety from the kennel conditions. Either way, her care has always been a big concern for us when we have to her behind, especially after everything she’s been through in times past. Our last vacation a couple of week ago we decided to try something different - this app! We thought maybe if she’s in her own environment but attended to a couple of times per day, she’ll be ok. We were exactly right. We looked at everyone that was available but Yoko really stood out for us. From her bio alone she just seemed very caring and it gave us the impression she loves other pets as her own. We requested her help, she accepted, and she came over to the house on her own time beforehand to meet us and to go over our care instructions in person. Every visit she made while we were gone couldn’t have gone any better. She showed either 5 minutes early or exactly at the times we requested (we weren’t particular about this at all, but it is important to note that Yoko was very punctual). She took Charlotte on walks and played with her, and we could tell from the photos Yoko sent that Charlotte was 100% comfortable with her and very much enjoyed her time with her. Lastly, when we decided to extend our vacation stay by one night on very short notice, Yoko was quick to step in and assist with a couple more visits, which allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves for one more day. We are so thankful we found this option for Charlotte and equally thankful we found Yoko! She’s more than we could have ever hoped for and we won’t hesitate to request her help in the future ?

Reagan was great! Communicated and sent pics! Even offered a meet and greet before her booking. Felt so comfortable leaving my difficult pups in her hands.

Rowan is the absolute best. She’s always available for me and my little guy and if I have any questions about a cat she’s extremely informative. The best. Definitely recommend.

Took great care of my babies! She was very attentive! Left detailed notes about her visits. I would definitely recommend and rebook when I need another sitter!

Nikita was so wonderful! Super communicative and my pup was so happy to have had a nice visit during the day while I was working much longer than usual. Great experience and would book with her again.

Jade was a life saver for my last minute booking. She was able to take care of my dog and cats while I was away on vacation. Checking in with me on their needs and keeping me updated. I will be booking with her again for future trips!!

Emily was wonderful! We have a lot of critters and one hard to win over chihuahua. Emily came in and took phenomenal care of all my animals (dogs, cats, lizards) and had my chihuahua in the palm of her hand. Thorough and informative updates with every check in! I felt very at ease with my animals in Emily’s care!
