Shawna did great! Whole family supports the pet sitting service. They are clearly dog people, not just someone trying to make a buck. Will definitely use them again.

Victoria and Charles were amazing! They sent me pictures and kept me updated and Miley was so happy. Couldn’t have asked for any better care for my fur baby.

Bella had a positive experience with Chinjgiung. This was her first boarding here. Bella was shown care and attention which made her relax and feel at home. I would be back the next time I need to board her. Photos and videos were taken daily.

This is the first time I used Gloria and she did an awesome job. My dogs loved her and her family. I have already booked another time to use her. I highly recommend her because she is a true dog lover.

Stephanie took great care of my dog Tuxedo for four nights. I was able to work out of town with no worries at all about his safety or well-being while he was in her hands. Very grateful for her! Would recommend her to others and will use her again.

Michelle is clearly a dog lover. We felt so comfortable leaving our elderly dog with her. We were able to enjoy our trip and not worry about him. She sent lots of pictures and updates. He settled in nicely with her. I will always use her if she is available. 🐾

SaVannah took great care of my dogs while I was out of town! They had never been boarded before, so I was nervous on how they would do. She sent me pictures showing me what a great time they were having. I will definitely book with her again when I go out of town!

Billie Jo did an AMAZING job with my pup! She sent multiple pictures and updates a day. She has a nice, large fenced in back yard. She loved on my pup so much and took great care of him. I would recommend her to everyone and will definitely rebook in the future.

Lyndsey was awesome taking care of Teddy. He had never been away from home and she made him feel very comfortable. She provided great communication and sent daily photos and updates of Teddy. I highly recommend Lyndsey.

Ollie stared having major FOMO when in the kennel. Maddie worked with him on finding what kennel worked. He is also a picky eater, and she did different exercises with him so he ate all his food. Overall great service and very sweet, would recommend to anyone especially if dog has any issues.

Heather and her family are amazing! We left our chihuahua with them for many weeks and they were so attentive to him and sent tons of photos to keep me updated and secure that he was being well cared for. Cooper doesn’t always warm up but he has most definitely adopted them as his second family! He didn’t even want to leave when we picked him up! We will return again and again as long as she is dog sitting! Thank you Heather!

Nicole did a fantastic job of taking care of Rocky even though we could not have a meet and greet. She has lovely dogs that played with my dog and made sure he felt at home. Would come back anytime to Nicole next time I stay at Knoxville.

Our pup Roux had a great time with Elizabeth and her dogs. We definitely knew Roux was well taken care of! I would highly recommend Elizabeth and we will definitely use her again!

Our dogs were happy to see us but it sounds like they had a lot of fun in our absence. They were very healthy and happy upon our return. Aric stayed in communication with us while we were gone, which I appreciated. We will definitely use Aric and his family again.

These guys are just the best...a young couple who loved my dog and took care of her for about 24 hours when I was passing through Springfield. I only wish they lived near me so I could use them all the time. If you live in Springfield, call Hayden to watch your pups!

Gabrielle took care of my senior dog Gracie (14+ yrs) while I was out of the country for 10 days. Gabrielle is extremely conscientious and caring and I am thankful I found her on Rover. When Gracie stopped eating and looked to be behaving unusually while I was away, Gabrielle contacted me immediately and we worked out a plan of action. She called Gracie's veterinarian first thing in the morning and took her there so she could receive immediate medical attention. Thankfully, Gracie is just fine now and I was very appreciative of Gabrielle's awareness and sensitivity to Gracie's behavior and her willingness and ability to take Gracie to the vet as soon as possible. Gabrielle administered Gracie's regular and new medications and explained everything thoroughly when I picked Gracie up so I could continue the prescribed protocol at home. I also really appreciated that Gabrielle sent me frequent text updates and photos of Gracie before and after the medical incident so that I could know that Gracie was adjusting well.
