Darianna was very reliable and took great care of my kitty (and my kitty liked her a lot, too!). She double-checked a lot of small details and was always prompt and thorough with the check-ins, which was a real load off my mind on my first extended time away from my pet. Sanjuanita visits my 2 dogs once a day most week days. If I have to change the preferred visit time, she is always willing to work with us. Some weeks we don't need her at all and she has always been great about it! My dogs (one very sweet girl and one boy who requires some warm up time) both adore her. She's fantastic about sending pictures. I truly consider her one of my dogs' "humans", just like my husband and I.
