Alex was super patient and handled my frazzledness with aplomb! I was very grateful that he was able to book me at the last minute, work through some key transfer and parking issues, and took excellent care of my pup! He kept me informed the whole time and sent me some very cute pics too :) I will definitely use him again in the future.
It was a pleasure to meet Kelly, and I could really tell that she loves what she does. She was kind and patient, reliable and communicative. She did a GREAT job looking after our two boys, and they are a handful! She sent videos and texts and that really helped out our minds at ease. The house also looked great when we got home. We couldn’t be happier with the amazing care Kelley provided for our three dogs — Ursa, Major, and Jacy! She treated them as if they were her own, giving them so much love and attention. She went above and beyond — giving them baths, keeping everything clean, even poop scooping without us having to ask! Not only did she take wonderful care of our dogs, but she also took excellent care of our home. Everything was spotless when we returned, and our pups were happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved.
