House Sitting in Alamo Heights

This was my first time having someone stay in my home to watch my dogs while I was away and I am so pleased with my experience. Samuel was courteous and professional and kept in regular contact with me throughout his stay with messages and pictures. I came home to happy pups and a house that looked exactly the way I left it. I am so happy to have found him and will definitely have him back!

Evelyn did a great job taking care of our dogs and house while we were away for 7 days! Communication was great and she sent of pictures! The house looked great when we got back. We could tell the dogs got plenty of love. Would definitely recommend Evelyn for your dog sitting needs and we will definitely be using her again!

Rebecca was absolutely amazing. She came over to meet with us before we left and meet our dogs. We can even explain how nervous we were about leaving our animals with a stranger. After meeting Rebecca it set our minds at ease. She did an amazing job with our older dog and our very rambunctious puppy. We have definitely recommended her to others and will be rebooking with her in the future when we need someone to care for our pups.

Madison did a wonderful job. Our rescue pup Sunny is anxious with new people, but immediately loved Madison. Madison left the house in great shape and we will absolutely book with Madison again!

William was great with Bingo in several ways. He communicated well throughout our trip, sent us some amazing photos, and took Bingo on walks as requested—even in the rain—which we really appreciated. He clearly cares about the dogs he watches. He also made sure the house was clean after so many rainy days. That said, our overall experience was disappointing because it didn’t match the expectations we had discussed beforehand. We specifically requested an in-home sitter. William was upfront that he would not be staying overnight, but he reassured us that he would be spending ample time with Bingo each day. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. Based on our Ring doorbell, the longest visit was maybe 45 minutes, with most visits lasting around 30 minutes. He came by three times a day for eight days, which meant Bingo spent the vast majority of each day alone in his kennel. That was never our expectation, and it caused us a great deal of stress throughout our trip. We felt awful knowing how much time he was confined. William seems like a genuinely nice person, and we don’t question that he treated Bingo kindly while he was there. We simply wish the amount of time spent with him had matched what we were led to expect. If you’re looking for someone to provide drop-in visits, William may be a good fit. If you’re expecting someone to spend extended time with your pet as an in-home sitter, I would recommend clarifying exactly what that will look like before booking.

Thalia was fantastic!! She communicated daily and sent lots of pics of our dogs during her stay. I would recommend and will be using her for future stays!!

Kelsie was wonderful! She took great care of both of my dogs and sent us updates daily. I never worried about them when she was here. Highly recommend!

Sarah was wonderful with our Bingo!! She even went above and beyond to give him a bath after a skunk encounter. We appreciate everything she did.

Rachel was absolutely awesome. It was our first time having her dog sit at our house, and we have some high energy puppies. She did great, was totally comfortable, worked on tricks, walked them, everything we could ask for. She spent most of her time at our place just hanging out with the animals, and also gave extra attention to our kitty and fed the fish. She left the house super clean, and she also sent photos daily. We really appreciated having her, and felt totally comfortable leaving the house to her. Thank you again!!!!

Nichole was superb! We have a special needs dog and she was so great and patient and took great care of both of our dogs. Definitely recommend!

Sara was great with our pups! I was happy to know they were in good hands. Sara was responsive and communicative and provided updates throughout her stay. I would recommend her for anyone looking for house sitting services!

My fur babies were calm, happy, and so well cared for. This was our very first experience having non-family members stay in our home and care for our two beloved dogs, but it will not be the last! My home was just as I left it, it was treated with care so the I appreciate almost as much as the videos and pictures sent, which gave me peace of mind and continued assurance that all was well. Danni watched Blue in the evening the last 3 days over the weekend. We love that she shows up on time and abides by our request for how to care for Blue. We feel so comfortable with her in our home as she shows the same level of patience and care with our pup as we do!

Leandra was amazing! She took such good care of my dogs. This was my first time booking a pet sitter and I not going to lie I was a bit nervous if my dogs would be okay but Leandra exceeded my expectations. She kept me updated the whole time I was away and sent me a lot of pics and videos of Sisu and Blitz. She put my mind at ease and I will definitely be booking her for future trips. My dogs absolutely love her :) thank you so much Leandra!

Mel did an amazing job, and VERY last minute. He watched my two dogs, one of whom is a 12 week old puppy, with no issues and even called me when the electric company had issues. Would recommend any time!! Thanks Mel!!

Sierra did a wonderful job taking care of our girls!! We came home to 2 happy pups and an even happier cat. She was super communicative and sent pics while we were away. Appreciate the time and care especially over a holiday weekend!
