House Sitting in Aldine

First time using Rover and I’m overall happy with the experience! Julie was great, she met with me the day after I put in a request. She met my dogs, and sent lots of pictures while we were away.

We were going out of the country for several days and needed someone to stay with our Shi Tzu. He doesn’t do well in large boarding facilities. We chose Julie after a short visit. She quickly made friends with him and really understands dogs. She even taught him a new trick. He was relaxed and trusting with her. Julie was great in our absence and we had no problems at all. She kept us updated frequently. This was a dog and house sitting engagement for many days. I highly recommend Julie and we wouldn’t hesitate to have her return.

Kira was great with the dogs for an extended weekend. She had a bit of a conflict due to her flight schedule but she communicated beautifully during the whole thing. I very much appreciated this as I made alternate arrangements for the time she was out. Additionally, my elder dog vomited on the carpet while she was there. Kira cleaned the spot so well I can’t even tell where it was! Loved having her!

John was literally PERFECT! I had to leave out of town due to an emergency to be with a family member. John came through at the last minute! He was timely, communicative and just all around great with my dogs! Going forward, whenever he's available I will be booking him to house-sit!! He's worth it!

Ariel did a wonderful job with Luna and helped me feel comfortable the entire time that I was gone that my little bug was doing well! This was particularly appreciated as Luna is in recovery after a surgery

Get ready for a tear jerker. Words really can’t express how grateful I am for Kylie. My mother passed away suddenly in February. She was the only person I trusted with my dog Louie, after we lost her, I ended up inheriting her dog Cher too. I’d had a rough experience with a sitter before Kylie, so finding someone new felt even more stressful, and my anxiety was through the roof. Kylie spent a month getting to know my dogs before our trip to Europe, and they loved her almost immediately. That’s saying a lot for Cher especially, since she’d been anxious ever since my mom passed and everything changed so fast. While we were gone, Kylie showed our pups so much love and care, and she sent updates constantly, which means the world to a helicopter dog-mom like me. She was also so patient with all my check-ins, which I’m sure got annoying. On our last day, Louie had a vomiting episode, which of course made my nerves even worse since it was already a rough travel day. Kylie handled it so well, making sure he was okay and easing my fears the whole time. We even had a random fire alarm issue come up too, and her family jumped in to help without hesitation. If that doesn’t tell you she’s good people, I don’t know what does. We’re so grateful for Kylie, and you can trust your pups will be in great hands with her.

Stephanie took SUCH GOOD CARE of my babies and home. My pups were so happy spending time with her. She is a very natural and tender with dogs, CRAZY TIDY, super sweet, and a really cool person. I’m so glad we know her and I will be rebooking every chance I get!!

Ashley was very polite and nice but we still have several meet and greets already scheduled which will determine who we chose. We want to give everyone a fair shot.

Larisa was super patient and kind and warm!

Ana was amazing with our cat! She was communicative and really understood all his quirks. I would recommend Ana without a doubt for house sitting in the future!

In a last minute decision I contacted Titus to sit with my dogs. We didn't have time for a meet and greet but he agreed to help sight unseen, for which I am so grateful. We had ample communication and the dogs evidently welcomed him as a new friend. Titus is an honest young man with an admirable work ethic (and love of animals), and I loved having him in my home! Thank you, Titus, for your wonderful help!

Tatyana did a great job. My dogs were relaxed and happy when I got home from my trip. And the house looked great too. I would absolutely book again.

Chelsea was awesome again! It's such a relief knowing our babies are in good hands when we take a trip. We love getting all the photos and updates!

Mechelle was a great sitter. She communicated about our babies and sent pictures. We would definitely hire her again!

Sophia is amazing! She was very communicative throughout her stay and took very good care of two dogs. She was able to get our boy, Orbit to eat as he usually goes on a food strike when things are out his routine. Sofia is absolutely trustworthy and reliable. We look forward to booking her again soon!
