Madchen is the best! She sent us daily photos of our furry family members twice each day and we knew they were well taken care of. We are repeat customers, and will contact Madchen again next time we plan a trip away.

Juliana was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, always prompt, and provided detailed updates every day while caring for our cat. Her attention to detail and communication gave us complete peace of mind. I will definitely be using her services again in the future. Jim was very good with my cats. He was always prompt for their dinnertime and very communicative.

This was our first time using rover and it was very last minute. We told him that he didn’t have to do anything more than check food & water and take care of our litter box. He went above and beyond!! Every day we got lots of pictures, a detailed text of his visit. We have cameras in the home and saw that not only did he say hello to our cats but he would play with them too. He also left us a sweet thank you note on our counter after his last visit. I can’t say enough good things about his service and how at ease he made us feel during the process. We will definitely continue to use him in the future :)

Billy was great with our two cats! We live more in the country, and he took the time to come see our house setup before we left. He was very understanding when a few issues arose from our end, and he provided great updates during his visits. We would definitely use him again!
