House Sitting in Austin

Arantxa was fantastic! She was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with tons of updates, photos, and videos. Best of all, I came home to a very happy pup (who is currently battling cancer so needs some extra attention) and a clean house. 10/10 I would recommend Arantxa and look forward to booking with her again!

We had a wonderful experience with Paula as our pet sitter! She was incredibly communicative throughout her time with our dogs, Henry and June. We really appreciated the updates and the sweet photos she sent — it was clear they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Paula took them on regular walks and gave them lots of attention. It gave us such peace of mind to know they were in great hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!

Dina was great with my dog, Josie! She communicated really well throughout the stay and sent me plenty of pictures, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Josie looked happy and comfortable the whole time. I’d definitely book with Dina again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!

Carol dog sat in our home for 3 nights. We came home to happy dogs. We have motion sensors on our doors so we knew that carol walked them 3 times a day. One of our dogs was nervous the first night and not behaving but she was patient and eventually won him over. She cleaned up after herself and communicated well.

Michael took great care of our dogs! He followed all of our instructions and gave his multiple updates throughout the day! We would definitely book him again!

Elle is the best! She was incredibly thorough during the meet and greet and wonderfully communicative throughout my trip. It was great knowing that my cats were in such good hands and my apartment was safe! I would highly recommend her

Our dog is anxious around new people so we were a little nervous leaving her with a new person. However, Christine handled the situation perfectly and made our dog feel comfortable. We had zero issues getting in touch with Christine and received photo updates which we greatly appreciated.

Sheryl stepped up to the plate for us on short notice to look after our home and two cats. Our pre-sit consult was very constructive; she met our animals and got the scoop, very attentively. During our time away, Sheryl provided us w text and photo status updates on the cats, very welcome and reassuring. Upon our return, all was well, happy cats, tidy surroundings, all good. We appreciate the service provided by Sheryl, on behalf of Rover.

Erica was great with our girl, Stella! She took her on trails, provided lots of playtime, and went above and beyond when leaving the house. She send us the perfect amount of updates and photos. Definitely recommend!

Tiffany watched our two elderly dogs and kept them well fed and healthy. She was flexible with their picky eating and kept us updated. The house was also in good hands and she was super helpful when a couple random things came up while we were away.

Mo was great!!! I had a very last minute request for a house sit and Mo came through. Mo was cool as a cucumber, connected great with my pup, and was completely trustworthy. Looking forward to hiring Mo again! Would strongly recommend Mo to anyone. Great communication throughout their time at my house.

I had to leave town last-minute and Jewel was a huge help. She came and stayed the night with my dog and my foster and made sure they got all their meds and took great care of them.

Woody did a fantastic job caring for our pups while we were gone for a week! We were regularly updated with pictures and videos and I think the house was cleaner when we got home than when we left! Awesome job and would highly recommend hiring Woody if you are looking for a communicative, responsible, and clean Rover sitter who will give your fur babies tons of love and attention.

Matt was exceptional and flexible working around the schedule of unexpected lawn maintenance folks and rain schedules. My usually suspicious dog immediately rolled over on her back when he got here - a great first sign. The dogs were healthy and happy when we returned from our five day trip, and our home was left exactly as it was when we left. Will certainly book him for our next trip.

Caroline took such good care of bobo!! She was very diligent on collecting detailed information about his care, surroundings and preferences to prepare herself to care for him well. Many sitters aren’t this proactive- and it’s always reassuring as a pet parent to have a sitter who’s as engaged as Caroline. She also was very communicative throughout the stay about how things were going with messages video and photos. A really cute video with bobo lying on his back on the grass made me smile bc I knew he was having a great time! Hope to have her as his go to sitter in the future when work takes me to Austin!

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Sara! We generally only use a sitter for in-home house sitting for our longer travels. I'm a mess and always assume everybody just wants to know the basics and doesn't care for the extra details so I just give direction on that for my pets so that they, at least, will survive whilst we are gone. However, Sara asked more questions to know beyond basic care, and literally did so much MORE than expected. Folded towels, organized random yard parts we had laying around, sent plenty of photos and updates, played fetch with the dogs, even admitted when she made a minor mistake and offered to pay if it was costly! (It wasn't, it was no biggie at all, but she at least admitted and communicated!) I've NEVER had my husband be impressed with anyone enough to joke about asking them to LIVE in our basement and help us with everything on a daily basis until Sara came around, but he was so pleased as well! He didn't even meet her before we left! She did SO great! All the animals were happy, well cared for, and I am so relieved to have someone we finally feel SO GOOD about caring for our babies while we are gone. Medications, routines, she was very comfortable with it all and handled it all so well. I never thought we would receive this kind of service from a "stranger". To say we are happy is an understatement, thank you Sara!!
