House Sitting in Austin

Arantxa was so amazing and helpful with my sweet dog! She stayed at my apartment when I was out of town and kept everything nice! There were so so many cute pictures and videos too!

Melondy was amazing! My dog has allergies so takes daily meds + is a little anxious when we are away, but Melondy handled it all like a pro! Plus, I loved the daily updates/ pictures she sent!

I cannot recommend Paula highly enough! Her care and interest in our dogs was amazing. She provided us daily updates and pictures. The dogs really enjoyed their time with her as well. She was at our home for 11 days and kept our house sparkling clean. We will absolutely use Paula the next time!

Mo was great. They were very diligent, sent a ton of photos, and kept my house tidy. Mara managed to open up an incision from a recent surgery, and Mo immediately let me know. They stayed cool, calm, and collected (even despite a panicked call from me!), safely drove her to the vet, and kept me posted on every detail. I appreciated the honesty and thoroughness in a tough situation. Thank you!

Christine was so nice and took wonderful care of our two dogs. Lots of great communication - she sent us updates every night. They were clearly very happy and comfortable with her. She left our house as neat as a pin, too. We would be happy to have Christine sit for us again in the future!

Dina was wonderful! She took great care of Louis and I knew they were going to have a great time together! Will definitely be rebooking with her!

Katherine took great care of all of my animals and my place while I was gone. Would definitely book again!

Woody took the absolute best care of our 2 older dogs. We enjoyed the pupdates and great photos. Woody also left the place spiffy, we can’t wait to have Woody watch our pups again!

Brittany took great care of Archie while I was away and sent lots of pictures. I also came home to such a tidy home. I will definitely use Brittany again.

Marisa was absolutely amazing!! Trying out a new sitter is always a little stressful, but not this one. She was so gentle, kind, and loving with my dog Mo and provided pictures and updates daily! We knew he was in good hands and never had to worry about anything while we were out of town. She’s incredibly thoughtful and I can’t recommend her enough!! We would LOVE to have her back again 🤍 Thank you Marisa!!!

Elle is the best! She was incredibly thorough during the meet and greet and wonderfully communicative throughout my trip. It was great knowing that my cats were in such good hands and my apartment was safe! I would highly recommend her

Havana took great care of our dogos, giving Winston the extra care he needed while recovering with stitches. It was our first time with a house sitter and Havana made the experience seemless, she was wonderful to work with and we were able to enjoy our time away.

I had to leave town last-minute and Jewel was a huge help. She came and stayed the night with my dog and my foster and made sure they got all their meds and took great care of them.

Erica took meticulous care of my family's dog Sophie. We have not traveled without Sophie altogether for years, as the last time she was so stressed she had a seizure. She is 15 years old, arthritic, a bit clumsy, and mostly deaf. This time though, in celebration of my mother completing most of her treatment for advanced stage cancer, the travel could not be put off further. This was my first time using rover and having a housesitter, in hopes of keeping Sophie comfortable. Erica followed all instructions carefully and provided photos of Sophie. She checked in with us and adjusted her care as needed to best keep Sophie comfortable. Erica even remade the bed for us, as my family didn't arrive back home until late. She also stayed a little later in the day to feed and walk Sophie one last time. Would absolutely recommend Erica :) thank you for caring for our dearly loved little Sophie!

My timid and anxious chihuahua warmed up to Steven in a few short minutes. My recent booking was our 2nd opportunity for him to come house sit. He’s very dependable, communicative, and understanding. I feel happy knowing my pup is in good hands when I need to be away. Thanks, Steven!

We feel very fortunate to have found Ludo! Ludo was incredibly attentive and sweet with our new-ish rescue dog, Fred, who we're currently trying to work through some fear-based behaviors with. (He acts tough, especially around new males.) Though Fred exhibited his usual "tough guy" stance when they first met, he and Ludo soon became great pals during his weeklong stay at our home while we were out of the county. He continually updated us with cute pics and videos of Fred playing, eating, and lazing around. It gave us total peace of mind to know our dog was in such great hands. Ludo is an extremely responsible, thoughtful, and sensitive dog sitter. He made sure Fred had his pills at every meal (and even notified us each time it was administered) and was kind to enough to even water our plants and grab our mail. He left our house in the same tidy condition as when he entered it and our dog was a happier pooch for his company. Cannot recommend Ludo enough!
