Dog Boarding in Axtell

This couple Rock! We adopted our dog late March 2026. Early May, she was sick and diagnosed with Pancreatitis. Then we learned of a planned family reunion 1500 miles away at the end of May. We thought one of us may need to stay home with our much loved dog. Then we learned about Rover and found this amazing couple that lived close by, had experience with pancreatitis, and agreed to watch our new rescue dog for 10 days! I took them SO many things. Special food I prepared. Some frozen as it would be a 10 day stay. Special treats, yogurt, pumpkin. Etc and they had to be careful our dog didn’t eat another dogs food and vice versa. They did amazing with all my detailed instructions, and sent photos and videos daily to share how happy our dog was. They returned all the prepared containers of food washed and ready for refill. And because my dog is sick, and is adjusting to her new diet, she had an accident and they washed her bed! I can only give them my highest recommendation! They clearly love all dogs and want them to live their best life even when the dogs ‘Mom & Dad’ are away.

Layla's spend an incredible time with Jessica, her kids and her dog. She sent us a daily updates, and show us how happy looked Layla every day. We can't wait for another opportunity to rebook wit Jessica!

Dustin and his wife are wonderful. Dustin sends pictures and videos every day. Hawkeye was comfortable and appeared very well cared for. Hawkeye came home healthy and happy. Dustin gave Hawkeye his meds. I can't say enough about Dustin and his wonderful attitude and loving the dogs.

Andrea and her husband took great care of our shy boy for a couple nights. They are very friendly and sent updates with pictures! I'm grateful our pup had other dogs to hangout with, a big yard to sniff around and patience for his timid side. Thank you!

I absolutely love leaving my dog with Jamelah. When I moved to Waco, I was very concerned with who I could leave my dog with. Jamelah and I planned a play date and let my dog get comfortable and it has made all the difference. She provides excellent care and love. Not to mention pictures to put your heart at ease. I highly recommend her for your sitter, you will not regret it.

Celeste did a great job taking care of my kitties while I was out of town. She kept me informed and sent plenty of pictures. I knew my girls were in good hands!

Rebecca and family took such good care of my pup! I loved seeing the daily updates and hearing about how well she was getting along with the family pets! Rebecca was so easy to talk with and understanding about my pups needs. Would 100% trust her to watch my dog again!

Cheri is amazing with my two dogs and her dogs are the sweetest ever! Lots of soft pillows and space indoors and a huge fenced yard in the back. She made their safety and comfort of priority, but also allowed them to play and make new friends!! I will definitely board my dogs here again and I highly recommend to anybody who wants more personalized supervision for their pets.

Erin and her family are the Best!! They took such great care of our miniature schnorkie. Excellent communication, daily pics, and lots of snuggles for our sweet girl! If we ever need a sitter again, we will definitely use them! 😊❤️🐶

Wonderful sitter!!! My baby is 13 and doesn’t open up easily and Scarlett was wonderful with her! She sent me pics to reassure me Lola was ok and kept Lola busy. I would recommend Scarlett to anyone looking for someone to watch their fur baby! She is kind and has a great set up with a backyard and plenty of space for your baby to have a fun vacation of their own while you’re away

Britney did a very great job taking care of our outside cat. She cleaned him up and kept him out of the heat. She is very kind and thoughtful person.

Sent alot pics. And he had a blast. It was a releive to find a family that cared for my pups as there own. He played and by time my trip was over I knew he was in great hands

Lacey was great! She texted me every day and sent pictures and told me how he was doing. She communicated clearly and quickly, and was very helpful by bringing him home with all his stuff to my house so when I got home late at night from my trip, he was there. Highly recommend!

After a last-minute change of plans, we found ourselves needing a dog sitter while we went out of town over the Christmas holiday. Our usual dog sitter moved to a different state, so we were worried about leaving them with someone new on such a short notice. I can honestly say this was one of the best stays they’ve ever had! They had such a great time, and Jeannette and her husband, went above and beyond to make sure they were cared and loved for. I highly recommend her and her precious pup. Both my dogs got a lot great with Theo. There was constant communication, incredibly helpful with helping get the dogs and their crates into my Jeep, and are just lovely people overall. If there were more stars to give, I’d give them all. Amazing service!

Bethany is amazing! Her family is so sweet and welcoming, and they treated my fur babies like their own. I received daily pictures and frequent updates, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Everything was very last-minute, and I even had to extend the stay by a day—Bethany was so understanding and flexible. Kindness can be hard to come by these days, but you’ll absolutely find it here with Bethany and her wonderful family. Thank you so much!

Sam was great! He sent me videos of my boy playing with his pup. And was very easy to contact/communicate with. I even reached out to him on short notice and he was able to accommodate. Will definitely be using his services again.

Our little Becky had a great time with Sarah and her husband. They are really nice folks to do business with. They communicate well and send pics of yer pooch. Very accommodating as our baby(still puppy)is not perfect. They are very understanding and made it a pleasant experience. Oh, and they returned all the things that we had brought with Becky. You might think that is a basic thing but….. Not everyone is as considerate and organized as Sarah. Book with her, you’ll be at peace with your decision!
