Dog Boarding in Balcones Heights

Karen was great! This is our second time with her, and I’m sure won’t be the last. She took great care of our fur baby and kept us updated with pictures and messages. 🥰

Dave is fantastic! He’s accommodating and I could not have left my pup in better hands. My little puppy seemed to have a great and safe time. I also love the added knowledge he has being a dog trainer. Thanks so much, Dave!

Olivia took care of my dog like he was one of her own and I felt like he was treated and cared for the same why he would be with me which was such a nice feeling to have and lessened the stress of being away!

Super communicative and responsive! Jackie always gave us prompt updates on our pup and sent us plenty of photos to let us know how she was doing. It was greatly appreciated and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!

My pup gets excited when he hears we are going to visit Max! Max sends pictures throughout the day and is very responsive to messages. We will be choosing Max for the next booking.

Stay #2 was also a win-win! Lorena provided lots of photos and it appeared that Molly was spoiled rotten! Thankful to have her stay where we didn't have to worry about our old gal feeling genuinely cared for. 🩷

Genesis did a great job. Our babies were happy. They are older so they would like to sleep more than play. She let them on the furniture which our babies love. Thank you for taking care of them!!!!

Breanna did a great job watching after our pup, Dax, for the weekend! He had a blast playing with the other dogs Breanna was watching along with her own. Dax got plenty of play time in the yard. Breanna was also very communicative, both before and during the sitting. She made sure to send lots of photos!

Anna is the best. She is so flexible and wonderful to work with. My dog just loves her and gets so excited to see her. Anna takes wonderful care of her and I appreciate her!

Sweet and her husband took in Rox the day of when my sitter backed out on me last minute. They were very responsive, helpful, and I felt good about leaving Rox in their care. Pick up/drop off was super easy. I’ll definitely be rebooking their services when I travel :)

I literally dropped my Lesley off crying because I was so nervous about leaving her with a stranger. Immediately Perla was so patient and reassuring. She was able to give me daily updates and sent pictures through out the duration of my trip. Lesley came back to me exactly as I dropped her off, happy and healthy. Perla was also very accommodating by dropping her own fur baby off at her moms, allowing for mine to be the only one in the house. I will definitely be reaching out in the future!

Stephanie and Eric took great care of my pup Comet and stayed in touch throughout his stay! I think he was actually sad to leave their large yard where he had fun zoomies. 😂

Justine was very responsive an understanding when it came to my anxious giant. I felt relaxed on my weekend trip knowing they were caring for him. He came back happy and healthy, that’s the most I can ask for.

We had an amazing experience with Priscilla and would absolutely book with her again. The updates and photos made this experience stress free and I was able to see how happy Summer was. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable sitter!

I don’t know what more I can say about Abel and Alisa. I did a trial visit and my fella was happy. I booked a multi-day stay and I’m not sure but my fella wasn’t happy about coming home with (boring) me. They had SO SO so many different activities to keep the pets engaged! It’s like I sent him to a pet spa camp! Abel and Alisa are AMAZING, very nice, sweet people. All I can say is WOW!

I couldn’t be happier with the care Chubbs and Salvie received! This was our first time boarding Salvie, and Felicia was so kind, patient, and attentive, exactly what we needed. She kept me updated throughout their stay and was very understanding of Salvie’s initial anxiety in a new environment. Both pups were treated like family and came home happy and well cared for. I truly appreciate the love and attention they received. I’d absolutely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!

Marti was so wonderful! She has a cute little back yard and sweet dog Tricia. I received photos a few times each day and reassurance that my pups were happy and doing well. Highly recommend!

Wilber and Jeanelly were amazing! They responded very quickly to our last minute request. They made us feel secure in leaving our puppy for the first time. We had no worries while our pup was with them. We received a video and pics throughout our day with updates. Communication was great, pick up and drop off was a breeze. Highly recommend if you’re in the San Antonio area. ☺️ Thank you so much for making our first drop off such a great experience.

It is such a peace of mind for us to know we can send Remy to Kara. She takes such great care of her every time, and we don’t feel guilty when we have to leave because we know Remy is happy there. So thankful we found Kara, and can’t imagine going to anyone else now.
