Dog Boarding in Balcones Heights

I know it may sound crazy but I can tell from all the pics that Max sends how deliriously happy Frida is every single time!!!! My husband and I joke that our pup is happier with Max and his fam than with us lol THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AMAZING, Max!!!!!! Thank you for loving Frida like you do!!!

Lily was loved beyond compare while we were gone She immediately ran inside since she has been here before and had the time of her life. She got to play with other dogs and with a wide variety of toys. We are always amazed with the pictures poses and moments Abel and Alisa capture. Our dog always comes back happy clean and loved. There isn’t much of a transition because of how intentional they are. We love our puppy and trust them completely!

Our fur babies had an incredible time and they were phenomenal at sending pictures and keeping us updated on their adventures!! Highly recommend!!

Jackie & her fam took care of our Walley many times during the past year. I am sad to be leaving San Antonio, since I am leaving Jackie too 😭 finding a good doggy sitter is hard & she is AMAZING. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️♥️

Fernando was helpful and communicative. We loved getting the photos of Ozzy. Ozzy seemed to have enjoyed his time there and came home in high spirits.

Felicia was amazing with our pup! This was our first time using this service and she put us and our dog at ease. She communicated often with pictures showing how she was spoiling our girl. She responded quickly whenever we had a question. Our minds were at ease and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our pup was in such great hands. We will definitely call on Felicia again!

This was our first visit with Debe, but will not be our last. She was so accommodating, and very sweet to my little old man. She kept me updated with photo's and videos each day which put my mind at ease and that he was doing ok. Thank you so much again Debe.

Karen did a fantastic job caring for our little Lulu when we had to go out of town. We did a meet and greet, and we were very satisfied with entrusting our baby in Karen's care. Her home was clean and pet friendly. She sent updates and pictures throughout the stay. Karen was very loving and compassionate towards our baby. We highly recommend her services. Lorena was absolutely amazing with Charlie, my mini bernedoodle. He was so happy there, and you can tell that Lorena is genuinely a dog person. She sent pictures every day, walked him plenty, and even sent him home with a sweet Christmas present. I will definitely be using her again.

To be honest, Dave was wonderful. He regularly updated my wife and I about how Jane was doing including a few video to show how she was interacting with his dogs. Dave clearly knew how to handle all types of dogs and ours was no exception. We highly recommend using Dave and we plan to use him in the future.

Breanna did a great job keeping an eye on Penny while we were out of town. She had lots of fun and enjoyed her time getting to interact with other dogs! Came home for a nice long nap!!!

Stephanie has booked Dot last minute on a couple of my trips, which has made it possible to travel. She and her husband take great care of my dog and I trust them to do a good job.

Anna is the best with Zeus! She is so accommodating (even when I forget to book until last minute) and takes such good care of him. He loves his stays with Anna!

Genesis was great especially, since it was a last minute booking. She took care of Traveler and sent pictures. I appreciate her and will most definitely book again.

Olivia took care of my dog like he was one of her own and I felt like he was treated and cared for the same why he would be with me which was such a nice feeling to have and lessened the stress of being away!

Skylar has watched my fur baby several times now when I’ve gone out of town. She is reliable and attentive, and consistently provides great care for him. Whenever I drop him off, I have complete peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands and enjoy all the pictures she sends while I’m away!

Alana was fantastic with our dog, Jane! We really appreciated that she personalized Jane’s stay since she can be a little nervous in new situations. Also, the many picture updates (including a cute photo shoot) put us as ease to know Jane was having a great time. Jane can’t wait to go back!

This was my elder dog's second stay here - a little longer, and she (dog) loves hanging out there. Grey and his partner truly enjoy caring for my dog, making her feel comfortable, and sending great pictures. They will be my go-to for dog care in the future - reliable and caring.
