Pet Sitting in Bastrop

We had Elizabeth check in on our cat, Piper, daily while we were on vacation. This was our first time using Rover for check-ins, and we’re very happy we chose this approach over boarding her. Elizabeth was excellent with Piper, getting her to come out of hiding for some play time each day. And of course making sure she was fed, scooping litter, etc. She sent us great pics and updates each day, so we didn’t have to spend any time worrying. I’m positive she is Piper’s new best friend! We will definitely work with Elizabeth for future trips :).

Kylee did a great job caring for Meeko & Winston. She had good attention to detail, especially with their routine along with Meeko’s medications. Thorough & useful notes on the daily card.

Thanks again for watching our animals, especially the grumpy boy Vincent. Virginia takes excellent care of our animals, and and is able to handle any requests that I have (meds, special care, etc). She is awesome and our go to when we go out of town.

Stephanie has been a “God Send”! A great Blessing to Sam and Baylor and to me! I had to be gone for longer than I ever have and knowing Stephanie was here looking after my furr-babies made the time away so much easier. Plan to use her again really soon!

If you are searching for someone to look after your fur babies book Norman! We had a family emergency that required short notice travel that coincided with Thanksgiving week, and we are brand new to Austin. Enter Norman. We picked him because he has been verified and had good reviews. He was very responsive, available for our pets on very short notice, answered all my questions and scheduled a phone call with us to go over pet specifics. Norman is very professional. He checked in every day, sent pictures of the cats, and followed all the instructions perfectly. We highly recommend him and will book him next time we are out of town.

This was Victoria's first time with our pets and they didn't make it easy! Nevertheless, Victoria persevered, trying to get to know our reluctant crew & making sure they had their food, water & some treats. Since they weren't cooperating with opportunities to walk on our property or enjoy petting sessions, Victoria kept the feeding area & bowls neat & clean. She was honest about the mood our dog was in, but she stayed determined to take good care of her while respecting her wariness. One cat never shows up for strangers, but Victoria managed to get the other cat to show up for some attention with the food. We are very thankful that Victoria did all she could for our well-loved, if not loving, pets.

Christine has been amazing time after time. I can’t say enough good things. She truly cares about my dog’s well being. Communication is always great too. Thank you so much!

Aleece saved the day with our last minute booking request. She squeezed in a face time to chat instructions and to meet us and then took amazing care of our boy Bruce. 10/10 recommend!
