This was the first time I used Tuongvi to meet with Charlie. She was very kind and patient and Charlie took to her immediately. Charlie didn’t notice much that we were gone and we rarely leave her with anyone besides family. I highly recommend her!

Finding someone you trust with your home and pets is never easy, especially when it’s a last-minute booking, so I was honestly a little nervous. I’m so glad I found Sydney. Sydney was punctual, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the entire stay. I really appreciated that Sydney wasn’t afraid to ask questions when she needed clarification, whether it was something simple like how to use the TV or letting me know right away when she noticed the dogs were having allergy symptoms again. That level of communication from Sydney gave me a lot of confidence that they were being well cared for. Sydney went above and beyond what I expected from a sitter and left me completely at ease to enjoy and focus on my time away from home. More than anything, I completely trusted Sydney, which is invaluable when you’re away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Sydney, and I would absolutely book with her again. Our recent trip was the longest we've been away from our fur babies. We hired Tamanda to house-sit. Tamanda communicated well and my antisocial cat warmed up to her so well. On the 1st meeting my Chico was smitten.Will definitely be booking with her again.
