Ellen is an excellent dog/house sitter. She is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and empathetic. She is our go-to person and we have repeatedly booked with her because she deeply cares.

Heidi is amazing! We had an excellent experience with her. She not only cared for our pets, but also our home while we traveled. She was reliable, responsible, and clearly cared for our home and pets as if they were her own. We came back to a clean house and happy, well-cared-for animals, which gave us tons of peace of mind while we were away. She kept us updated and was easy to communicate with throughout. This was the first time I used Tuongvi to meet with Charlie. She was very kind and patient and Charlie took to her immediately. Charlie didn’t notice much that we were gone and we rarely leave her with anyone besides family. I highly recommend her!

Finding someone you trust with your home and pets is never easy, especially when it’s a last-minute booking, so I was honestly a little nervous. I’m so glad I found Sydney. Sydney was punctual, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the entire stay. I really appreciated that Sydney wasn’t afraid to ask questions when she needed clarification, whether it was something simple like how to use the TV or letting me know right away when she noticed the dogs were having allergy symptoms again. That level of communication from Sydney gave me a lot of confidence that they were being well cared for. Sydney went above and beyond what I expected from a sitter and left me completely at ease to enjoy and focus on my time away from home. More than anything, I completely trusted Sydney, which is invaluable when you’re away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Sydney, and I would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!
