Jordan went above and beyond to make our cats and parrots comfortable. It was such a relief to know someone was looking in on them and giving them some attention while we were gone!

Cared for my cat and has great attention to detail. Checked that the automatic feeder was low and promptly asked me for more food to fill up the feeder, I'm glad Virginia noticed before we completely ran out. I got plenty of photos while I was away and knew my cat was in good hands.

Kellie was absolutely phenomenal. The moment Kellie came over to meet my pets, a good two weeks before my travel, I knew my fur babies would be in trustworthy, caring and knowledgeable hands. Kellie made sure she understood the needs of both my animals and understood what was needed to make sure they felt safe and loved in my absence. Kelli checked in with me multiples times a day, letting me know what was going on. She also went above and beyond what was required of her, from making sure my garbage cans were on the curb for pick-up day to watering my plants. If you are on the fence with using Rover to care for your pets while you are traveling or at work, I get it. I was too, but rest assured that will Kellie your cherished fur babies are safe and taken care of, and your home is not at risk.

Mia was absolutely great! We will absolutely be using her again in the future. She was always on time and if anything changed she communicated that to us. She followed all the directions that we left for her. She spent a lot of time with beans and also sent us very cute videos and pictures

We had a lovely experience booking Andrea. We got lots of updates, pictures, and videos of our kitties. Andrea was very thoughtful and gave our cat his medicine even when we were about to be home so we had one less thing to do after a hectic day. I would definitely book again if our cats needed watching ☺️

I continue to book with Mell. She remembers details about my cats personalities and needs. She goes beyond with making sure my house is safe when I'm out of town.

she did an amazing job with watching my senior cat Bookie! We did drop in visits and she never missed one and always responded in a timely manner.

Victoria did an amazing job taking care of our cat! She was very good at communicating about what was going on and took so many pictures for us. She also left really funny notes about what was happening while we were gone.

Despite Monet watching our cat over the holidays and not being around as much as we had hoped, she took good care of our boy. Our cat needs attention 24/7 and when she was there, we knew he was looked after and given love, treats and attention. She did a great job updating us with pictures and videos and even got the best pictures of them snugging in bed every night!
