House Sitting in Bobville

Zoe stayed for 2.5 weeks in my house with our dog and cat. She was super communicative and on top of it- she thought of things I didn’t think about such as if my animals got worried or stressed during thunderstorms or fireworks (it was over the 4th). I initially contacted her 2 months before our trip and just days after having a baby. Needless to say I couldn’t keep two thoughts in my head and kept forgetting to check in with Zoe to set up the meet and greet. Thankfully she was super on top of it and kept in touch with me until I finally found time to set up the meeting. She is super down to earth and a very clear communicator. My animals immediately loved her- you can tell she truly loves animals. Lastly, when we came home, the house was spotless and maybe even cleaner than we left it! We will definitely be booking her for future trips!

Carolina was great! She provided helpful and timely updates; administered my pets medicines; anticipated their needs (storms) and more! I would definitely rebook with Carolina!

Tammy was great she watched our dog Charlie and house sat and took great care of our girl. She was very responsive and sent pictures. Charlie was happy and healthy when we returned. We will definitely have Tammy watch her whenever we are unable to take her with us. I highly recommend her if you need someone to watch your pet!

Our two dogs absolutely loved Kelli! She kept us updated throughout our trip with daily photos and videos, along with multiple text updates each day. She went above and beyond by also helping water our plants. When we nearly missed our connecting flight home, she was flexible and willing to stay with the dogs longer if needed. We felt completely at ease knowing our pups were in her care—highly recommend!

Kathy was amazing! One of our pups is fighting off an infection and was on multiple antibiotics and she handled it like a pro. She went above and beyond doing things I would never expect from a pet sitter. Our house is cleaner than how we left it. Would absolutely book with Kathy again and highly recommend using her!

Nina took wonderful care of my dog Grace and my home. She went above and beyond to leave my home clean and tidy upon my return home - even using her own funds to leave some food, flowers, a couple of baskets to organize things, etc. She also worked very hard to combat the incessant and copious amount of love bugs that absolutely love to sneak in my home this time of year (Sept.). It was a bit overwhelming to come home to so many extra touches of care and beauty around my home. Even cute little toilet paper bows like at a hotel! It was not necessary and 10000% not expected but very thoughtful and generous. It does make me feel like I will have to work hard to tidy up my home in between her help with pet sitting visits! That may prove challenging with my ADHD tendencies of doom piles but it's also a good motivator - so maybe a win-win?! Lol The part about moved piles and cleaning more areas than I gave permission on did give me a tiny bit of anxiousness upon my return/ her departure. I quickly found moved items, many had been carefully placed in my study. (Which is a bit of a disaster at the moment). As in all things, clear communication of boundaries and comfort is a must so both parties feel good about the outcome of the interaction. In this case, so all the kind and generous efforts Nina will be eager to do when house & petsitting match your comfort level.

Shannon was a fantastic companion for my little Yorky and a great house sitter. She provided frequent updates with pictures or video. She is super friendly and caring.

We had a good overall experience with our Rover sitter and would hire her again. Our dogs were happy, calm, and well cared for when we returned home, and there were no accidents. She communicated throughout our trip, sent photos, and kept us updated, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Overall, we appreciated knowing our pups were cared for, and we’d be comfortable booking with her again.

Aiden is awesome! He takes care of my babies when I am out of town and gives them all the attention they need. Thank you for being so flexible and easy to work with, Aiden! My puppies and cat love you.

Kelly was communicative and accommodating to a difficult situation. Our dogs were well cared for.

Kristin was very friendly and reliable. She communicated often to let us know everyone was fed and safe. Animals were all happy and healthy when we got back home.
