Tiffany and Rob sent consistent updates with photos of how my pup was doing and was very responsive, even during the holidays. Boots loves zooming around in their expansive yard and she even got to go on walks with their horse. Highly recommend this sitter!

We are so thankful for how well they took care of Osita! In the photos they sent, she always had her happy I’ve been running around face on and I know she also got lots of cuddles! We will definitely book again in the future when we need someone to watch our pup!

Karina and Michael took care of my dog Aries on extremely short notice and they were absolutely great! Karina was very nice and kept me updated with texts and photos which I really appreciated. 10/10 would highly recommend and will absolutely be booking with them again when need be. I felt so much more comfortable leaving my dog in their care at their home versus boarding at a kennel.

We went on an 8-day cruise and were thoroughly reassured our 10-yr-old big girl was in great hands with Grace, and having a super time with her new best dog friend, Brooks, and other playmates. She was loved every minute of the day, played chase and wrestled, was given a tennis ball, and went on dog walks to explore the lake and generally went to her own doggie camp. Best boarding experience I've ever had with lots of pics and vids. She came home a very happy (and tired) girl. Excellent experience. Thanks, Grace!

While we were on vacation Travis our dog also stayed at 5 stars pet hotel. Gail treated Travis like her own. Travis did not want to leave when I picked him up. That means he really enjoyed his time with Gail and his buddies. Thanks Gail for everything you've done for Travis. Travis will stay with Gail again for sure!!!

Austin enjoyed his time with JR and Zahlee! JR kept us updated with frequent updates, pictures and videos. He was great to work with and took care of our pup with love. We’ll be using him again!

I left my pup with Patches for 10 nights and she had the best time! I’m new to Rover and Patches guided me through the process and sent me daily updates with a set of pics. The updates gave me peace of mind my dog was having a great vacation of her own. 😂

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care that Olivia and her family provided to my australian shepherd Maggie. They paid meticulous attention to my pup, showering her with love and care. Every day, I received adorable pictures, and they even took her for Santa pictures, creating wonderful memories. The thoughtful touch of making a Christmas ornament with her paw print was incredibly heartwarming. Olivia and her family were genuinely attentive and ensured my dog felt right at home. This was Winston's second time staying with Alice. He was so excited when we arrived and I could tell he couldn't wait for the fun to begin. He didn't even act sad that we were leaving him. Alice sent photos and updates every single day. She is great with communicating. We feel like her family is Winston's second family. He loves staying there.

Janie provided in home pet sitting to a foster cat while I was traveling. She sent messages to keep me updated on Delta including a video and photos. I was confident my foster cat was in good care. I would definitely book again.

Robyn and her family were wonderful hosts and sitters for our two dogs, Duncan and Zoe! Communication in confirming and also throughout was a breeze, with Robyn sharing lots of photos and updates. We knew that our dogs we happy and taken care of, and they came home tired when we picked them up. We'll definitely be boarding Zoe and Duncan with Robyn again.

I usually leave my pet with a family member, but I couldn’t do so this time. I was really nervous about trying a pet-sitting service. Jean-Paul organized a meet-and-greet between our dogs first, which helped ease my worries. They took excellent care of my pup, keeping me updated daily with photos and videos. When my pup encountered poison ivy on a walk, they even gave him a bath. I highly recommend booking with them.

Stephanie was incredible. My first time with Rover, I was pretty nervous. But Stephanie squeezed me in for a last minute booking and made the entire experience seamless. She took amazing care of Michi, going above and beyond to send photos/videos, and is overall an extremely thoughtful human.
