I’m someone that can get anxious leaving my dog but they absolutely put me at ease with how clearly they love pets. They were consistent with updates every day on how my pup was doing and with pictures which I loved! I appreciated their flexible with my pick up time and as well — cherry on top.

Ashley was a dream come true for us! We needed compassionate Rumi care with lots of love and attention including letting him sleep on a bed with a caring human and Ashley provided all of that! She kept us very updated with photos and taught us a few things about Rumi - that he is normal to want so much loving care! We hope to use her each time we need it!

I had a great experience with Yan. They took great care of Louie, keeping me updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. Morgan is absolutely amazing! She’s watched my dog on two different occasions now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. She treats your dog like part of her own family — with so much love, attention, and patience. She also sends tons of pictures and updates (honestly, she’s taken more photos of my dog than I ever have!), which always puts my mind at ease while I’m away. It’s clear she genuinely enjoys what she does and goes above and beyond to make sure your pet feels safe and happy. Alice did an excellent job watching my 2 golden retrievers. She sent frequent photos and updates and I really felt like they were in good hands.

We couldn’t be happier with the wonderful care Alyssa provided for our dog, Flash, while we were away on a two-week vacation. Leaving a pet for that long can be stressful, but Alyssa completely put our minds at ease. She was incredibly caring and kept us updated the entire time with sweet pictures of Flash, which we absolutely loved receiving. It is so clear that Alyssa has a genuine love for animals, and Flash was treated like family. We will definitely be using her services again in the future. Gail took excellent care of Harley while I went on a long vacation. Her daily updates with photos and videos felt personal and thoughtful, and I really felt like she was paying close attention to Harley. Harley had a great time and seemed very happy to stay with Gail.

Denise was so sweet and good with Zeus. I got pictures, videos and little updates during his stay which is always appreciated. Her dog Raya played great with Zeus and kept him active the whole time he was there. Would definitely let Denise watch Zeus for me again.

Francis was so great with my puppy! I was nervous to leave her for the first time, but Francis took excellent care of her. My puppy maintained her potty training with Francis and I got so many adorable photos throughout each day. I plan to book Francis again!

Anthony did well communicating with me about my dog, Avery's, stay. Drop off/Pick up were smooth and I got regular updates. Anthony has a great home for pets staying over - plenty of space and lots of attention.

Mercedes was absolutely AMAZING with our dog, Apollo! She watched him for a full week and gave us such peace of mind the entire time. We received frequent photo updates and wellness check-ins, which meant so much to us—especially since Apollo has separation anxiety. It was clear from the start that she truly understands dogs and knows how to make them feel safe and comfortable. Mercedes is incredibly easygoing and wonderful to work with. Communication was seamless, and she treated Apollo like he was her own!! We could tell he was VERY happy and secure in her care. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Mercedes on Rover. We’ll definitely be using her again!!! 🐾
