Morgan & Ian were absolutely wonderful! I asked them to check in on my kitty twice while I was away. They went above and beyond!! They sent me pictures/videos each visit and made sure she got plenty of attention & playtime. They were super friendly, great with communication, showed up on time, and left everything clean. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my baby was being cared for so well. I would 100% recommend Morgan & Ian to anyone looking for reliable & caring pet sitters. Kayleigh is an absolute rockstar - incredibly attentive and communicative, she was proactive with both updates and feedback (including photos) that made a world of difference for an anxious pet parent! She was also generously flexible and patient showing me the Rover ropes, as well as with her time for key handoff and return on top of my high maintenance darling and her routine.
