Mia was absolutely great! We will absolutely be using her again in the future. She was always on time and if anything changed she communicated that to us. She followed all the directions that we left for her. She spent a lot of time with beans and also sent us very cute videos and pictures

Mel has been fantastic with our kitties! She even continued to check on them and the house during a recent ice storm. It was great knowing that they were safe, warm, and fed.

Emilee was great with the kitties! She kept me updated on how they were doing, which is great as a pet owner leaving your pets alone. I asked her pretty last minute for this service and she was very nice to fit into her birthday weekend! 🥹 Thank you so much!!

Kellie did an amazing job on the drop-in visits with our two cats! I love my girls very much, so having someone trustworthy to check in on them while we were out of town meant a lot to me. It made my entire night getting back to the hotel on our wedding night to see the sweet updates they wrote about them both! Fell asleep with an even bigger smile on my face than I already had! Kellie was absolutely phenomenal. The moment Kellie came over to meet my pets, a good two weeks before my travel, I knew my fur babies would be in trustworthy, caring and knowledgeable hands. Kellie made sure she understood the needs of both my animals and understood what was needed to make sure they felt safe and loved in my absence. Kelli checked in with me multiples times a day, letting me know what was going on. She also went above and beyond what was required of her, from making sure my garbage cans were on the curb for pick-up day to watering my plants. If you are on the fence with using Rover to care for your pets while you are traveling or at work, I get it. I was too, but rest assured that will Kellie your cherished fur babies are safe and taken care of, and your home is not at risk.

Jordan went above and beyond to make our cats and parrots comfortable. It was such a relief to know someone was looking in on them and giving them some attention while we were gone!
